Our hospital sure does. Four years ago, I had some idiot nurse almost kill me. She did not consider how much blood I had lost, and gave me to much pain medication, I flatlined for about a minute.

I have to say that private hospitals are the way to go (especially in South Africa where the government hospitals are scary places). I had pnuemonia in 2004 and I got a room almost right away. We did have a connection at the hospital (one of the doctors), so there were expecting us. They took me to be examined and then I got set up with a room. I was too out of it to be thinking about ER... but it would've been nice to have a Croatian hunk examining me. *melts*
