Does anyone know about movie "Helen" and does Goran play in?
As I saw,movie is shooting in Vancouver and started this month.On some webs there is information that Goran is one main actor.Is that truth?

I've checked everywhere I knew here in the U.S., and Goran is not mentioned anywhere. It appears to be a rumor, unless his part is so small, there is no casting information. Goran's PR people have been very quiet here.

Goran's PR people have been very quiet here. I don't think he's in this movie - even because filming has started on the 2nd and he was busy filming ER, so... ... Though Lubbylove could be right it could be a two line part than I would understand the no mentioning of his name. |

...well, I haven't heard or read, not even rumours about him making a movie.

Poslastica se zove "Helen", a rijeè je o filmu u kojemu æe glavne uloge glumiti prelijepa Ashley Judd i naš Goran Višnjiæ. Autorica je filma veæ uspješna Sandra Nettlebeck, redateljica i scenaristica roðena u Njemaèkoj, poznata po filmovima "Sergeant Pepper" i "Bella Martha".
Po njezinu filmu "Bella Martha" iz 2001. godine ove je sezone snimljen i amerièki remake "No Reservations" u kojemu glavne uloge tumaèe Catherine Zeta Jones i Aaron Eckhart.
Film "Helen" prvi je hollywoodski film Sandre Nettlebeck, èiji su producenti Egoli Tossell Film i Insight Film Studio. To je drama o profesorici glazbe, èiju tešku depresiju nitko od èlanova obitelji i prijatelja unatoè pokušajima ne uspijeva umanjiti. Jedini koji æe je razumjeti i pomoæi joj, jest mladi student glazbe, koji je i sam prošao kroz takvo bolno iskustvo.
Iz krugova bliskih Goranu Višnjiæu i od njegove agencije doznajemo da su mu producenti "Hitne službe" omoguæili termine za snimanje filma, koje poèinje u iduæi utorak i traje do kraja prosinca.
Zapravo, u tom serijalu koji traje 14 sezona, a Višnjiæ je i nakon devete godine i dalje prvo ime na špici serije, njegove su ugovorne obveze samo šest epizoda pa su producenti ipak morali popustiti.
I know that it is on roatian language,but someone maybe will translate or I will do it later.
Shortly,here is mentioned that GV is in Vancouver until the end of December because of movie.

It seems poor Goran hasn't been offered too much of anything lately. His best bet is to stick w/ ER, IMO.

LOL, we don't know what he has in the pipeline, he could have something lined up to start filming in Croatia for all we know. Hopefully right now he is taking plenty of time off and IMO a well earned rest, don't forget he worked his arse off for years filming during the breaks of ER, (DMN, Spartacus etc) so don't write him off just yet. If he's taking some time to spend with the family I don't blame him. He also has some outstanding commitments to ER - maybe he wants that out of the way. And, as Debz says, who knows what's in the offing.

I, of course, was referring to the immediate future, as his PR people have put absolutely nothing out. As for Croatia, IMO, I wouldn't count on him doing too much there ... of anything, it appears!

They don't normally put out anything before he starts shooting or during, it would be after when he wants to promote it. debz |

Sorry ... but I have to disagree. If anything were brewing or a contract signed, it would be out there. I really don't believe that promotion for new projects are done after the fact.

In the pipeline would mean there might be nothing definite to report. Not sure what the problem is here; did anyone really expect studios to be queuing up for his services? He certainly didn't.

I have to respectfully disagree w/ you regarding GV's certainty. He made it quite clear in his interview that he was leaving ER to do other projects and attempt to cross over to a movie career. I agree that studios certainly aren't looking for him at this point so IMO, he would be better off professionally remaining on ER, especially since it is probably its last season and TPTB promised us very exciting and dynamic acting. |
