The article is from a UK tabloid with very little credibilty. Most articles in tabloids are completely untrue. The Daily Star is no different - pure made-up crap. MAGGIE CHERIE,I so hope you are right! In France we had a program like that with washed up actors, called LA FERME CELEBRITES, and they all were the LAUGHINGSTOCK of the whole country! GORAN... AGAIN ? Tell your PR to openly DECLARE it's A JOKE!

If he left ER to focus on a Hollywood career, he wouldn't join up with a lesser-known TV show. And his publicist probably wouldn't be bothered to refute claims by a tabloid. Stop panicking, all.

Maggie its not 100% until we see him go in, if he does ... well focus on other things ..like hot and sweaty... no, no I mean, the fact that the show does pull in the viewers and hopefully a whole new generation of ppl to find out just who Goran is. I spoke to my daughter, she's early 20's and loves these shows (Big Brother ) she said its great everyone is on their best behaviour for the first few days then they forget the cameras are there, and all hell can break lose, so we might get to meet the real Goran too. debz

Damn it - Goran is an actor and I want to see him in a movie or on stage. I won't even say anymore about "Celebrity", and music videos are all very well and a nice surprise, but it's not my preferential medium for seeing him. We've had nothing since the unremarkable "Electra", where he really didn't have to stretch himself at all. It's so disappointing that he's been off the screen or stage when I read about all the stuff that Maura's done in the past two years (stage plays, movies), as well as Linda (including Brokeback Mountain!) and Mekhi (although his stuff isn't mainstream, he always seemed to be involved in producing, directing or acting in something quirky).

OMG in Germany we also had this kind of show, called "Ich bin ein Star, holt mich hier raus". Nobody watched it seriously, everybody just wanted to make fun of the "celebrities". I had never heard of half of them, and I guess I'll never see them again.
I hope it's not true, because in my opinion this show is just crap.

So apparently, they've starting doing some filming on the new Bond movie in Siena, Italy. Guess Goran won't be doing it if he's out in the jungle. Even though he said they hadn't even approached him and he wouldn't do it anyway even if they had because he doesn't want to play that type of role. Oh, wait, then he said that they did make him a proposition ...

It's just a crew capturing footage of the Palio horse race. They aren't filming any scenes with any of the actors (Daniel Craig was there just to take a look at the race.)
Principal photography (I think for Siena, not sure about other locations) isn't scheduled until December 14th.

According to The Florence Newspaper, Daniel Craig is shooting scenes:
The Siena City Council, organizer of the event, allowed the production of the movie to shoot the race with 14 cameras. Other cameras will follow the protagonist Daniel Craig in the narrow streets of the Siena in the very moment of the race, to obtain a perfect reality effect. The Council asked to check the images regarding the city before the movie is released in order to avoid possible incovenient depictions of the city and the event.

As I understand it the bulk of the filming for Bond22 has slipped to 2008 although that may have changed.
Wasn't the French interview from which the Bond quote was taken discredited as one of those "portmanteau" things? If it comes to that the Croatian press was reporting not only that GV had accepted a part but would be taking the baby with him on location. Hard to know which part of the press to believe, isn;t it?

This is definitely true, which is what Goran himself said in South America about things that have been written about him in the press, though we do know that he actually did give the interview there where he said he hadn't even been approached about Bond and wouldn't want to do that type of role anyway.

Bond Schmond......I prefer the rumors (quickly squelched, dang it) that he was up for a role in the Star Trek prequel. I know the franchise is struggling but I could definitley see him doing somehting in that!

And of course things may have changed since he said that. If he has been approached subsequently and the role is sufficiently removed from stock Bond Villain with Eastern European accent perhaps he would be interested. However, the "interview" which "quoted" him as saying he was tempted doesn't have a lot of credibility. I suppose time will tell.

That is good to know, considering he joked about having been a womanizer in that one, which doesn't sound like anything he's ever said in an interview before. I wonder if other "interviews" in which he's "quoted" that sound just as out of character are not credible either.
