Billy probably will more likely to have her as I remember in a fairly recent interview on Maura saying Billy looks after Rose Kennedy while Maura is on her ER work commitment... Isnt it amazing how people worry about who's going to have the custody of a dog!

it sort of just struck me...with everything she's going through and all the stress of her career, the intensity and passion she brings to the stage amazes me. i saw her in "some girls" in july, and her performance was incredibly moving, probably the best bit of acting i've seen from anyone, anywhere. i feel comfortable saying i know acting when i see it, i've been a self-proclaimed "drama geek" since i was seven or eight. nothing - broadway, off broadway, community, movies - comes close to what i saw from her on that stage. it was absolutely inspiring, even moreso to know that she did that despite a lot of personal difficulty. i just wanted to get that out there. i have so much respect for her, and i wish there was a way we could all show our support and admiration for her. perhaps there is some sort of way to do that...i think it would be a shame for her not to know how much her fans respect her.

Put yourself in her shoes if it true (and we don't know until she says so) how would you feel having it dragged through the press it's the past 18 years of her life. If she and billy are getting divorce it must of been the hardest for her to do there have been together 18 years stop gossiping and wait to find out if it's bullshit. (most of the net is)I read Goran is coming home to LA at the end of the month she will come back then. deb PS she is so brave she was on the view on the 30 May and didn't show a sign give her the respect she deserves I couldn't have said it better, Deb. I know what a divorce implies, believe me. So, let's all of us just say that we are thinking of BOTH of them, in these difficult times, and hope they have good friends to help them cope with it. Me neither...agree with both of you. Feel sorry for both of them...I mean if it's true. You never know. ----------------

I imagine that they still have feelings for one another. Didn't Maura make the comment to a fan at 'Some Girls' - after asking how she liked '21 Guns' - 'Billy hated it because I was hurt'.....or something like that? Hmm.... As for the dog, she has said that it was a gift from her parents and as a puppy was able to go to work with her every day on the set of 'News Radio' so she was more her dog....but now belonged more to Billy.....and that she (Maura) was merely an appendage to THEIR relationship.

This is part of an artical Maura did at the start of the year it's funny how things go so wrong so quick. BC: What are your hopes for 2006? MT: My husband and I are trying to make a movie together. It's a comedy about a suburban housewife who loses her mind! I would also love to do theater. That's something I've never done and would like to try. I hope I'm not too old. I want to be adventurous in general, I guess. But I'm doing the show [ER]. I think it's really good this year. Everybody's working hard. The cast loves each other. Everyone's happy. I have to go knock on wood now! Guess she forgot to knock on wood!!! Oh forgot to mention she did loads of interviews back end off 2005 until 29/01/06 then it all stops until 01/05/06.

Well, I think it's true. My grandmother knows I am a Maura fan and she came to visit today and said "Oh, I saw in the paper today that your girlfriend (meaning Maura haha) is divorcing her husband." I told her I knew already and she was like "How did you know already? It was just in the Inquirer today." So, sure enough it's in the Philadelphia Inquirer....

Elsj, This was when she asked me, "Do you watch ER, by any chance?" Of course I say yes, so she goes, "Can I ask you a question?" Of course I let her, so she says, "What did you think of 21 Guns? I don't count Billy's reaction, since I was 'hurt' and he'd freak anyway."
This is from Natalie's tale of meeting Maura following 'Some Girl(s)'. I got the quote slightly wrong....sorry.
