I told my kiddos they could stay up late on a school night to watch the show. We planned to have a cake to celebrate. My daughter came running in after soccer practice and asked me if I got the cake. Her face fell when I told her that I had just been kidding about it. Then she went otothe fridge and there was a little carrot cake with a cardboard cut out of Abby and Luke stuck in the top. She was so excited. LOL Soooo...the three of us ate cake and drank Sprite from crystal goblets AFTER the wedding ceremony. My hubby went to bed. He has no patience for this kind of stuff. Just wait till he asks me for another Super Bowl snack fest...... Anyone else do anything fun to celebrate???

I let Daniel watch the wedding after school last Friday. He was so excited about the wedding. After the show, he wanted to know if that is how daddy and I got married. We got out the video of our wedding, and showed it to him. I was married outdoors, in my parents back yard.
