My summary. Don't repost without credit. Thanks to ALA and BohemianWoman at AEB.
Abby is treating a Rabbi, whom she knows (she tells him it is nice to see him again). Probably the Rabbi that married Luka and Abby, as previously suggested. The Rabbi says not to worry, it will get easier. Abby replies "Shalom to that."
Abby works with Gates and Bancroft. She asks a question and Gates cannot answer, but Bancroft can. Bancroft is apparently a bit icy but "thaws" a bit when Abby comends her. A crash comes from sutures and Bancroft tells Abby to go see what happened. Abby says not that she doesn't enjoy being Bancroft's %#@@$ - and is cut off. Bancroft says Gates has been thoroughly schooled (as if!) and sends Abby off. There's a shuffle in Sutures involving Zeke, which Abby breaks up, with Brenner's help. Zeke says it's not his fault. Apparently his teammates are upset because they blame Zeke for "getting coach messed up."
Abby is talking to twin boys, named Mo and Larry. She tells them that anything they discuss is private. They want to know if they can ask her anything, and she says yes. Mo asks if he puts a penny on the El tracks, if the train will crash. Abby says no. Larry asks if he sneezes with his eyes open, if his eyes will pop out. No again. Mo wants to know if vampires can get aids. Abby says there are no such things as vampires. Larry asks if there are clouds in space. Abby isn't sure. They continue their strange inquiries. Abby asks if she's being "punked." The twins say that she said they could ask her anything. Gates calls her out, and they call after her, asking how blimps fly.
Abby, Gates, and Morris are working together in Trauma 2. Morris is distracted, and says he keeps thinking of Pratt's last words: "Don't screw it up, Morris." Abby smiles sadly and tells him not to worry, he won't. She tells him she'd trust him before anyone else in the ER (shocker!) She tells him to follow her and goes off in search of a kid - Zeke. The twins continue to pop up and ask her questions. She runs into Brenner and he asks her what's wrong. She says not to tell anyone, but it's her last shift. He says he's sorry to hear it. She says since they're being so chummy, that "the 'morally-bankrupt but charming, and oh-so-terribly good-looking new doc on the floor' is an old trope and wears out fast." She then tells him to get real or he won't last. As she walks away, he says's he's been telling himself the same thing lately.
Abby runs into Dubenko, wearing street clothes. He says he thought he could walk away from County and not think twice. Haleh interrupts, telling Abby that Zeke is on the roof.
Up on the roof, there's a crowd watching Zeke, who tells Abby not to come near him. She wants an aspirin - she didn't expect today to be this hard. She begins to talk him down, and succeeds in getting a bit closer. He says he used his coach's place to throw a party, since some kids wouldn't stop bothering him. Abby says she'll fix coach up if Zeke comes down. She doesn't think he wants to die. She gives him a syringe - if he really wants to do it, this will stop his heart. He asks if she's nuts, and she says, yeah, a little. She knows what it's like to be out on a ledge. Zeke comes off the ledge and hugs her hard.
Sam has a week's suspension. She tells Abby it would have been a lot worse if not for her, and thanks Abby. She spots Zeke, who wants to go into the OR to see his coach. Abby sends him back downstairs. Dubenko is in the OR, so he's obviously back.
Abby and Bancroft discuss Abby leaving. Bancroft says that other than some obvious shortcomings, the least of which is a problem with authority, she's not sure why Abby is leaving. Abby says it's for her husband and son. They need a fresh start. They chat a bit and then shake hands.
Abby spots Zeke and tells him she wants her syringe back. Coach is okay. He asks what she'd have done if he tried to use it. She hadn't thought that far ahead.
She begins to head out, emotional, surveying the place. Roxanne Gains stops her and asks if she's sick. Abby says no, it's a good thing.
There is no further episode title or number information than simply "Episode Three," so we may assume that this is 15.03 and 15.02 is unspoiled currently.
