What do you think the list is about?
My opinion: How about names for the baby??

I'm pretty sure it is baby names, i'm sure there are a LOT of Croatian names that an American would find humourous.
But just a side note, be careful not to post any definite spoilers here! Remember the episode hasn't aired yet and some of us don't want to know what happens. That is what the spoilers and speculation thread is for.

I believe that Abby itself rie on the names that Luka proposes him. I believe that Carter in ningun moment was in ER. I believe that to the they showed it always from Africa. And I do not want that come Only I want that Lubby grow and I want to see an I gave of San valentin! I expect that they celebrate it! Gigantic kisses! Paula Amoralma

Very interesting episode, I'll give it that. I'm normally a Carter fan, but honestly, I had no interest whatsoever in his Darfur plotline. I like my ER in the ER, thank you very much. I'm glad Darnell turned himself in, but someone should have confiscated that idiot's keys or something. KJ said he had "boys," so maybe they should look into keeping a better watch on their alcoholic friend. I love Weaver and the ten seconds of her we were given. "He's an excellent physician with personal problems. That's not anything new." Yeah, she's pretty much my idol. Celine? Jewel? Luka...we know you like to read Martha Stewart, but you don't honestly listen to Jewel and Celine Dion, right? Please say no. Abby, you don't look puffy, or even pregnant for that matter. Don't worry. Next week looks even more interesting. I'm liking the whole two episodes in a row thing NBC has going on. I'm sure I'm not the only one who was going through withdrawal during these last three weeks.

I hated this episode. It was soooo boring. I was seriously looking forward to the Darfur parts because I had an insane idea that it might bring more attention to the issue but it was all a rip-off of the Angelina Jolie movie, Beyond Borders.
The two teeney Luby scenes were sweet but incredibly disappointing. They were way too short. Though Franks bastard comment cracked me up as did Morris' puffy comment.

Well, where do I begin? First, I'd like to apologize I didn't believe this was a spoiler so that's why I posted it in here. So sorry.
Regarding the episode itself. I just watched it. I wasn't really looking forward to the whole Darfur part but I did get kind of nervous when Carter and the other doctor (can't remember his name) walked over the dune to check on the husband of the raped woman. I did hold my breath there until that guy stopped shotting! Though I don't want Carter to come back to ruin things with our beloved Luby I don't want him dead. He also deserves to be happy.
And I did also get that feeling, I mean being nervous, when Darnell admitted hitting the boy with the truck! Well, Neela did have a good point with what Pratt should do next, though I wouldn't like to be him when Kovac and Weaver find out!
About Luby scenes , I do agree they where short and I would've loved to have seen more. I did like the remark Luka did about Abby not being puffy (did you check he said it inmediatly?) And Morris just makes me laugh so much!! I did like the congratulations from Weaver and I almost wanted to punch Frank for saying the baby is a bastard! (though technically it is!) But anyway... About the whole name issue... that was funny...
I almost felt relieved when Jodie woke up... I have the idea Clemente is about to do something really stupid. He might've just gotten out of a big mess, but I have the impression he is going to get in a huge one instead.
Did anyone realize Sam didn't appear in the whole episode? I wanted to see how she interacted with Luka and Abby now that the whole baby issue is out. Well, I guess we'll get the chance in the future.
So those are my thoughts at the moment about the whole episode. If I get the chance to watch it again I'll may add something else.

i'm pretty sure i'm the only person who liked this ep, which is AMAZING because of my deep seeded hatred for Carter I am really loving the Clemente stories, I like him, it is good to have a Doctor who is written differently than all the rest and Weaver summed it up nicely when she said that they all have problems! Even though there was only one Luby scene i'm not fazed by it, It isn't like the whole ep can be Luby (not that i'd mind!!) but the one scene was so cute - I thought it was cute - Jewel I couldn't help but think the entire time that the only reason why Carter is there is because he still has a complex about Luka!!

I didn't like this episode at all. It was mostly about Darfur, while that has absoutely nothing to do with ER. I don't like Carter, so all the Darfur parts were like I was watching some other bad tv show. Also, I couldn't care less about Clemente. I wish instead of giving him half of the episode's screen time, they would have let Weaver say more than one sentence. I don't know if I'm happy or not that Jodie woke up, maybe I would have been happier if he would have been locked up. There was definitely not enough Luby, which was very disappointing. They better put some good scenes in the next episode or else

Well I actually liked this episode. And I'm the first surprised because I didn't expect much from it and I usually don't like Carter. There were only 2 things I didn't like about it was this stupid Debbie (I just ignored her presence) and the whole 'looking for the husband' quest (the guy was dead the moment he decided to seek revenge for his wife). Who was surprised that Kem and Carter were married? I never thought she would accept. I kinda felt sorry for him. It seems he always picks the wrong girls, the one who won't or can't love him. The parts in Chicago were good (but then I love Pratt and Clemente), the Lubby parts funny (please don't let Luka choose this baby's name ) and I thought that the edition of the whole episode was well done because the rhythm was good.

After waiting SO long for a new episode, I really REALLY wanted to love this one.....but it fell flat. What's with 'Cowboy Carter' You'd think that someone who had been in the relatively same situation in another part of Africa would have more insight and sensitivity to the culture around him. I was amazed that he didn't know about the marks of rape on the woman's thigh. He seemed more out of water than he did as a new intern at the ER. I would also agree with the previous poster in that I like my 'ER' to be in the 'ER'. The Luby scenes were short and sweet.....and fun. Something I would like to see more of. The constant 'worry' about the Lubylet is getting to mundane. The sheer joy in 'Split Decisions' was a blast to watch happen.

Carter's an idiot - if it isn't about him, he doesn't care! You would think he would know that (the marks of rape) but honestly it just shows how much of a fish out of water he is there.
