I had a picture with me from s12. I printed that picture on photo paper so it looks like a real picture. My first tough was getting to sign one of my dvd's but than I was afraid that you would see the signature, because s12 (my favorite) is like dark green.

I brought a photo from season 13 as well, but I might enlarge the photo of Maura and I from the last time I met her and have her sign that!

I'm also taking several pics. I wonder which one will be her favorite I also thought about taking an ER-DVD box but decided not to do it so that I don't damage or loose it.

I forgot to ask for a autograph. But if I go, I'd take my picture with her.

God, It's really coming closer now, 4 more days till the big day and the start of what might become some of the most important days in our lives. Kizzy & I have been chatting a lot lately. In fact she just gave me some great news: She'll be taking her dad's laptop !!! That means we can update our blog day by day, and maybe even upload pictures ! newyorknewyork.skynetblogs.be/ picasaweb.google.be/109876700280399138002

I'm still trying to decide what to take too - I'm thinking either my copy of The Improper Bostonian because that picture of her is so stunning, or her "Scotland, Pa." poster (I bought a small one that's like 11x17) since that's my favorite of her movies. I'm so indecisive - I'll probably take both and go back and forth until the last minute LOL I'm SO excited for you guys, Martine!!

Take both, Maura is a fantastic in person signer. She would probably sign anything you put in front of her. I think if you would let her know that you have more than one item you want signed she would sign it.

My only thing about taking more than one item is that I wouldn't want to take up too much of her time or take time away from other fans waiting for her. And I'm paranoid that if I ask her to sign a bunch of stuff, she'd assume I was just going to sell it on eBay, LOL.

That's possible, but if it is two different items, that's OK. Ever since Ebay started, it is assumed everyone who wants an autograph is going to sell it. Not true. Some people actually want the auto for themselves or want to add it to their collection. Big kids like autographs too.

She hesitated for a brief moment and looked me over before signing my 'Oxygen' dvd. The night before she was just a grinning when I had her sign a picture from 'Three Changes' I'd downloaded and printed with a section of an essay my daughter had written several years before (as a third grader) about her mom liking 'a cool character named Maura Tierney and someday she might even get to meet her.' LOL It's hanging on her bedroom wall.

If anyone going to meet her would be willing to print out a picture and get it signed for me, I'd be happy to pay shipping charges to get it to me! I wish I could go meet her myself, but I just can't right now. It is my dream to meet Maura and talk to her and get her autograph! I am so jealous of everyone who gets to go see her!

6 DAYSS until MAURAAAAA! By the way: I met Fran Drescher last night after her show "Love, Loss, and What I Wore." She was FANTASTIC! Soo funny and so real! I was in the front row with my mom, and she noticed us laughing and crying (the show is very up and down) and after the show we talked with her about a lot of stuff! She is such a doll! I thanked her for all of the amazing work she does with Cancer Schmancer and her charities. I love when people are just so real. She felt like a normal person to me. I had met her before when I was younger after her book came out, but obviously last night was way better. Here is a pic:
