Here's part 4 in which Maura looks indescribably beautiful. I'm sure you'll all come up with several words to describe her ;D ;D ;D

That was probably my favorite episode - Maura looked stunning and I thought the ending was sweet.

I got my dvd on monday and have watched the first 3 episodes so far. It's an OK show, I think John Amos and Maura are the best actors, but TE and Lynnie are very good too. Some of the jokes are very funny too. I loved the line when Cherlyn says that Goodie is not allowed in her parents house because of his politics. CBS promos "Murphy Brown" at the closing credits, so CBS must have felt the show was strong enough as a lead in for Murphy. But since it was cancelled after 5 episode, it must not have lived up to expectations.

Hello, thank YOU Martine, Tara, Nicole! It was great to see MT again. She is very pretty and young!!! I wish she had got better roles in the beginning of her career. Hollywood execs are blind!!!! Thank God for Newsradio!!! "704 Houser" is interesting but tiring and exaggerated. I love the fact Maura always supported (or found work) with African American actors or themes. Women just as Blacks are seen as minorities and in the show being also a Jew adds a lot to that. It is a good idea with some good jokes, like the loose change inspite of rice at the wedding. Like MT said, being fired was the best thing for her at that time. Thank you.

I watched the original 704 pilot last night and boy was that bad, the second pilot was much better, it had much better pacing. But, George Wallace, one of the best comedians ever was in the original pilot, so Maura got to work with him.

Here's the final part: Even though the quality isn't super, a nice comment on You Tube would be very much appreciated

Thanks Martine, karma to you. Like MT said, being fired was the best thing for her at that time. aappccaa, I think she said that about "Ralph Macchio´s project", they fired her and she was able to join Newsradio.

Thanks Sissa and Suzanne By the way, she was fired from 'Growing pains' right? Is that the same thing as that "Ralph Macchio´s project"?

No, she said in her Carson daly interview that she wanted to be on Growing Pain because they were going to film overseas somewhere so Maura wanted the job, free flight to some exotic location, who wouldn't want the job. But then Kirk Cameron was either scared of flying or worried about a terriost attack, and he did not want to film on location. Then she got fired because Kirk Cameron did not like her attitude. Smart move Cameron..Not!
The Ralph Macchio show was a pilot for the 94/95 season, but it was either cancelled or not picked up, therefore freeing Maura to do "NewsRadio".
