She just looks so fun but also so peaceful at the same time. I bet she's a real prankster, if you get to know her. I wish we were friends. At the party, I am so going to ask her if she needs an assistant or even someone to get her coffee. I'm desperate. haha

So many people I know wear earrings like that, but they could NEVER look as good as Maura does. She always looks so hottttt in those.

So many people I know wear earrings like that, but they could NEVER look as good as Maura does. She always looks so hottttt in those. EXACTLY!!!! They are sooo normal but if she wears them.... gosh... ♥ Hardly Knew You: The Short-Lived Shows of 2010by Rich Keller, posted Dec 20th 2010 Not everything is a long-running classic in the fickle world that is television. You may feel that your show has the right mix of acting, writing and directing to be a favorite for indefinite first-run and syndicated airings, but the viewers may have other ideas. And when that happens, your show could disappear before the cover art is even dry for the complete series DVD set. The year 2010 had no shortage of these short timers. In fact, the 2010-2011 season has already seen not one, not two but three series that bowed out after only two episodes. This, despite long-promoted hype and pre-season buzz. Mentioned here are the 2010 programs that had shorter runs than the presidency of William Henry Harrison. 'Lone Star' (Fox) ... 'My Generation' (ABC) ... 'The Hasselhoffs' (A&E) ... 'Past Life' (Fox) ... 'Romantically Challenged' (ABC) ... 'The Deep End' (ABC) ... 'Outlaw' (NBC) ... 'High Society' and 'Fly Girls'(CW) ... 'The Whole Truth' (ABC) Premiered: Sept. 22 Last Aired: Dec. 1 Status: Canceled, with remaining episodes Chalk this one up to irony. When the new season debuted, 'The Whole Truth,' a legal drama starring Rob Morrow and Maura Tierney, was pitted against the CBS legal drama 'The Defenders,' starring Jim Belushi and Jerry O'Connell. The winner? The series starring the former lead on the much maligned 'What About Jim?' and the former child actor who's had a bit of bad series luck over the last few years. ABC was so disinterested in 'The Whole Truth' that the series finale, which has completed filming, may never see the light of day. 'Running Wilde' (FOX) ... 'Undercovers' (NBC) ... 'Miami Medical' (CBS) ... 'The Good Guys' (FOX) ... www.tvsquad.com/2010/12/20/short-lived-shows-2010/ Oh gosh... i'm still so mad at ABC They worked SOOOOO hard to get viewers, to do promotional stuff, to make it a good show.... They didn't deserve this I wish i could do *something* to let the people of abc FEEL by what they did, how disrespectful they were

This isn't exactly 'news' but....
I saw on Twitter that the Jimmy Smits show "Outlaw" is being released on DVD. It only aired on NBC for a few weeks before it was canceled and they never showed the remaining episodes. But all 8 episodes are now being made available through Amazon, essentially on a 'made to order' basis (which is also how they are selling the ER 300th episode Paley Center event on DVD). There are no bells and whistles like deleted scenes or commentaries, it's just a bare bones DVD with all the episodes.
I wonder if it would be possible for them to do this for The Whole Truth? We don't need a fancy studio release with a gag reel and special features (although that would be nice), we just need to be able to see all 13 episodes of Maura's work.
