He is so Deliciously evil in this and sexy as ever. It is the first time I have watched Leverage, but I like it. It reminds me of Human Target.

Articles [/u] Goran Visnjic on Leverage as Moreau - Actor Was Nervous About Role At First November 17, 2010
Leverage fans have been waiting for a long time to meet Damien Moreau, and they will finally get the chance when the series returns to TNT to wrap up its third season. The show is returning on December 12th with "The Ho Ho Ho Job," and the following Sunday, December 19th, will see the team meet Moreau. They've been waiting for this confrontation since the mysterious Italian woman, played by Elisabetta Canalis, first brought him to their attention.

The man behind ER's favorite Croatian doctor, Dr. Luka Kovac, will be playing Damien Moreau on Leverage, the "ruthless financier of all things criminal," and TVGuide has the first image of his character. The photo shows him standing with Timothy Hutton's Nathan Ford. Both are sharply dressed in suits, though only Moreau is wearing a tie. Nate is showing him something and Moreau reads whatever it is through his dark sunglasses and seems to be pointing something out to the "brains" of the Leverage team. Visnjic was nervous about being the villain of the story, but soon got into it, and describes Moreau as "the guy who never killed somebody with his own hands, but [is] probably responsible for thousands of deaths worldwide." There's no doubt about that--he has a number of people working for him, and it's well-known that they will do whatever it takes to get what they're after. Visnjic also told TVGuide that Dean Devlin and Marc Roskin, executive producer and director respectively of the show, said to "just push it. You can't overdo it." He did win over viewers on ER and he has proven that he can take a dramatic role and play it well, so there's little doubt that fans will like his portrayal as Moreau. Visnjic said that he liked the episodes once he watched them, so hopefully the viewers will as well.

Throughout the third season of TNT's Leverage, Nate (Timothy Hutton) and his team have been on the heels of supervillain Damien Moreau, a ruthless financier of all things criminal. For the December 19 two-part finale, they finally come face-to-face with their nemesis, played by former ER star Goran Visnjic.
"He's the guy who never killed somebody with his own hands, but he's probably responsible for thousands of deaths worldwide," says Visnjic, who initially was hesitant to play a bad guy. But after watching episodes of the crime caper, he quickly changed his mind. "I was like, you know what? This is going to be loads of fun," he tells TV Guide Magazine.
But it was the "go big or go home" approach to acting that turned out to be his biggest challenge. "On the set, Dean [Devlin, executive producer] and Marc [Roskin, director] were telling me, 'Dude, just push it. You can't overdo it.' You have to trust that they're going to use something that is really good, but at the same time, you're allowed to have fun on the set. I actually saw [the episodes] and I'm real happy about them!".

Scoop: ER's Goran Visnjic Is Leverage's New Big Bad Adam Bryant Nov 8, 2010
Former ER star Goran Visnjic will trade life-saving for life-taking in Leverage's two-part season finale, TVGuide.com has learned.
Visnjic, who played Dr. Luka Kovac for nine years on ER, will play Damian Moreau, a ruthless international financier who runs money for drug dealers, gun runners, smugglers and other nefarious groups. Moreau is described as a jack-of-all-trades — most of them deadly — when it comes to financing crime.
Nate (Timothy Hutton) and his team searched for Moreau throughout the third season at the behest of a mysterious woman known only as The Italian (guest star Elisabetta Canalis). But when the team members finally come face to face with Moreau, they will be forced to rethink their strategy to take him down and avoid retaliation from The Italian.

ER's Goran Visnjic Turns Ruthless On TNT's Leverage Submitted by SuperMommy on November 08, 2010 - 12:52 pm Former ER star Goran Visnjic will trade life-saving for life-taking in Leverage's two-part season finale.
Visnjic is best known for saving lives as Dr. Luka Novac for nine years on ER, so it will be a nice contrast of character for fans to see the actor play Damian Moreau, a ruthless international financier running money for drug dealers and all the underground groups.
Described as a jack-of-all-trades when it comes to financing crime, I'm sure this character will show fans a new take on that constant facial expression of urgency the actor incorporates in his ER role.

ER’s Goran Visnjic will guest-star in Leverage’s two-part season finale according to TVGuide.com.
Visnjic, who played Dr. Luka Novac on ER for nearly a decade, will trade his scalpel for a gun on TNT’s con-artist drama. Visnjic will play Damian Moreau, an international financier who runs money for the seedy sort, drug dealers, smugglers, etc. Moreau is described as the jack of all deadly trades when it comes to his criminal financing.
Nate and the team have been searching for Moreau throughout the third season at the urging of The Italian (guest star Elisabetta Canalis), a mysterious woman with no other name. When the team finally tracks down Moreau, they have to re-strategize their take down plan without incurring the wrath of the Italian.

LEVERAGE: Goran Visnjic Goes Evil Nov 08, 2010
TV Guide reports that ER veteran Goran Visnjic has landed the role of Big Bad on TNT’s Leverage when the series returns this winter. He’ll play Damian Moreau, the financier of choice for criminals who Nate Ford & Co. have been chasing throughout season 3.
Goran Visnjic goes bad on LeverageBest known for his nine-year role as Dr. Luka Kovac on ER, this is an interesting career choice for Visnjic. Honorable, dependable, vulnerable, and smoking hot, Kovac was one of my favorite characters on ER. He filmed The Deep which aired the BBC over the summer (with fellow ER-alum Alex Kingston), playing a marine biologist, and now he’s having a go at a villain role.
Remember when he played Nicole Kidman’s evil boyfriend in Practical Magic? He was creepy and intense, but hot at the same time. You could totally get why Nic’s character was obsessed with him. I wonder if he’ll be playing the Leverage role that way, or if he’ll go with a more debonair kind of evil.
Leverage returns December 12 with a Christmas episode, followed by a two-part season finale on December 19.

Leverage Returns in December to TNT & Goran Visnjic Is Joining As Moreau November 08, 2010 01:22 PM EST (Updated: November 08, 2010 01:38 PM EST)
TNT's hit drama, Leverage, is currently wrapping up its third season. The first thirteen episodes aired over the summer, with the midseason finale, "The Morning After Job," on September 5th. The team of thieves have been working all season to find Damian Moreau, and when the series returns for the last two Sundays of Leverage episodes this year on December 12th, this will still be the focus.
TVGuide has reported that ER's Dr. Luka Kovac, Goran Visnjic has been cast as Damian Moreau for the two-hour finale on December 19th. Moreau is "a ruthless international financier who runs money for drug dealers, gun runners, smugglers and other nefarious groups." He is definitely not a nice guy, and he's is "a jack-of-all-trades--most of them deadly--when it comes to financing crime." A woman, played by Elisabetta Canalis, approached Nate (Timothy Hutton) in the beginning of the season to get the team to find Moreau. Of course they'll meet him in the finale, but apparently something will happen to make them "rethink their strategy to take him down and avoid retaliation from the Italian." It will be interesting to see how Nate, Sophie (Gina Bellman), Eliot (Christian Kane), Parker (Beth Riesgraf), and Hardison (Aldis Hodge) use their skills (brains, grifter, hitter, thief, and hacker) in the confrontation.
Will you be watching the last three episodes of season 3 of Leverage on TNT?
