From Cinefaythe at TEex:
We have several pages for an unidentified episode that is probably 15.4. The pages are all for a single character called "Claire," a sixth-grade sociopath.
It is hard to say whether they are preparing to film this at the moment or if they are getting a head-start on casting what could be a tricky role for a child. In the chat, Wells sounded like he was having the writers' planning sessions in Hawaii beginning Memorial Day, but perhaps they will break later in the summer after all.
An ambulance brings in a 13-year-old gymnast, Julie, who fell off a wall and broke her femur. She is accompanied by her mother and younger sister, Claire. Gates, Sam and Daria treat her. Dr. Banfield is there--I am wondering if that is now the name of "Bancroft." Claire is aloof as they treat Julie, but her mother is worried. She drives Julie hard to be a good gymnast. When they get Julie alone, she says she didn't fall but that "she" pushed her. They confront the mother, who denies it. But when strange things happen in the ER (Julie's ventilator is set incorrectly, and later the sheet on her gurney goes up in flames), signs point to Claire. Banfield confronts her. Her scary answers reveal a pathological jealousy--Claire gets a thrill out of seeing Julie hurt. She runs when she realizes that Banfield has caught on and has to be restrained.
Also in the episode, Sarah gets her tongue pierced during a sleepover, and Gates is horrified. Brenner treats an elderly woman who thinks she broke her hip but didn't. Morris shares a smile with "Christine," which was the name of the daughter of the lupus patient from the finale, but there are no details on this person. Dubenko deflates Brenner by telling him he needs to keep his relationship with subordinates in the hospital. Apparently Banfield was mugged but fought back and was injured yet insists on continuing to work. Morris thinks Banfield is too driven.
