May 28) a group of television and entertainment industry executives, celebrities and prominent leaders in medical research will announce an unprecedented collaboration for the launch of Stand Up To Cancer, a campaign to confront one of America's major killers ¨Cancer. Among those joining to celebrate: co founders Sherry Lansing, Laura Ziskin, Noreen Fraser, Lisa Paulsen, Rusty Robertson, Sue Schwartz, Ellen Ziffren, the Entertainment Industry Foundation and the Noreen Fraser Foundation; MLB Commissioner Bud Selig; recording artist, Melissa Etheridge; David Arquette; Christina Ricci; Goran Visnjic (ER/NBC) ; Joely Fischer (Til Death¡/FOX) and Alfred Molina (Spider Man 2). The early morning press conference will take place at the The Paley Center in Beverly Hills. Afterwards, Commissioner Selig will hold a press conference with Angels owner Arte Moreno and Mayor of Anaheim Curt Pringle, to announce that the Angels will host the 2010 All-Star Game at Angel Stadium.
