Actor Goran Visnjic sells his Spanish villa-style house in Los Angeles’ Sherman Oaks neighborhood to hockey star Sheldon Souray for $1.78MActor Goran Visnjic of TV’s “ER” has sold his 2,634-square-foot, Spanish villa-style house in Los Angeles’ Sherman Oaks for $1,780,000 to hockey star Sheldon Souray.
In a Big Time Listings exclusive, we can report on the sale of the house at 4124 Madelia Avenue in Sherman Oaks. Visnjic originally had listed the house for $1,700,000, which meant that it sold for above ask.
Although Souray plays for the Edmonton Oilers in Canada, he has a clear reason for wanting to have a home in L.A.; he has two daughters with his estranged wife, former “Baywatch” star Angelica Bridges. Obviously, Souray wants his own house in Los Angeles where he can visit and host his two daughters.
Back on July 4, we broke the story of Visnjic’s listing of the three-bedroom house, which was built in 1934. Set high on a knoll, the house is surrounded by lush Mediterranean grounds with mature palms, sculptured gardens and total privacy, according to listing information. Features include two baths, an octagonal studio with views, an open gazebo sanctuary, custom cabinetry in the family room, distressed wood floors, smooth ceilings, French doors, Spanish pavers, an art studio, and a detached, equipped guest unit with a three-quarters bath that faces the pool, according to listing information.
Visnjic paid $1,150,000 in early 2000 for the house, according to public records.
We’ll keep you posted on where Visnjic, who recently adopted a baby boy, is moving once we find out.SOURCE: www.bergproperties.com/blog/actor-goran-visnjic-sells-his-spanish-villa-style-house-in-los-angeles%E2%80%99-sherman-oaks-neighborhood-to-hockey-star-sheldon-souray-for-178m/2396/celebrities

That Sherman Oaks property has been for sale since he moved into his house in LA. It could be that while he's been filming in Canada, he had the opportunity to sell to that Canadian hockey player.
I wouldn't think that he would actually move back to Croatia, but IMO, it would be lovely if he visited and while there, took the paternity test.

I don't believe that this thread is the appropriate place to bring up the test.

Wow..we are all pretty deadened to things if the only place we are posting in is a thread about a house that has been for sale forever. 'Blackout' had a huge effect, eh?

Annita, this is NO place to discuss the paternity suit (If that thread is closed is for an especific reason). If you haven't got anything else to say related to the main topic on the thread, then don't say anything else. People can't just take advantage that there's a new thread on Goran to find the opportunity to promote their feelings on the paternity issue. I would appreciate if everyone else refrains on commenting on this issue here. Let's not spam the thread. Thank you.

Sorry Rory ... just noted you post.
I do apologize, however, when Croatia was mentioned, my thoughts automatically went to the baby and the suit, similar to how the sale of the house mentioned the adoption. Again, I apologize for the slip of the tongue.
