I've been reading a couple of spoilers (AEB, ErForums, ER Exchange) for Epi 22 and since it talks about some chaos involving shooting, the big speculation is that either Abby will get into premature labor or worse get siriously injured.

Not yet, but as soon as I get other Luby spoilers or the full epi, I'll add it up! Up till now, it's just speculation!

relief! I just read a little more Abby spoiler for 12.22. 1 - It's a BIG ABBY EPI and read this : Abby takes a "nasty spill" and cuts her head ::eyeroll:: but still manages to save the day and take charge afterwards That's all I got so far. Oops before I forget the ones to cause the chaos are Steve and a Friend helping Steve run away. And it seems Moris will be leaving; the crew is making a farewell tape!

The most complete spoilers are as usual on ER Exchange. Abby's fall is described as ugly and that she has some troubles to recover from it. She nevertheless goes on treating the injured ones... It doesn't look too good but I'm a pessimist. We could be heading for a early delivery with both mother and baby at risk.

Got it little more complete from Goran's Bleu Profond Messageboard:
Mary is studying to be an EMT and is shadowing Sam for the day. She soon earns Sam a little trouble during a trauma as Luka thinks Sam was not on top of the case. Sam notes that Mary is a distraction and she is—she doesn’t know a thing.
Pratt is being very supportive of Neela in her grief. Ray is worried and has been calling, but Pratt cautions him to give her some space. Meanwhile, Neela is filled with questions and anger, and does not want to go to the funeral. Pratt’s words of advice come from his experiences with Carter in Darfur and he convinces her to go. Gallant’s father speaks at the funeral as everyone cries but Neela.
Morris is making a film for his own goodbye, as this his last day. He seems to be forcing folks to say nice things, and Abby innocently forecasts the day’s events by claiming Morris had held her hostage to make his film.
Timmy, a boy of 9 comes in with a stomach ache and Jerry takes a liking to him. Later they are playing a computer game and Timmy thinks he’s scored – and that Jerry is totally dead.
Abby treats a guy, 70’s, who was found slumped over in a parked car who had been missing for a week. Seems his two friends, two women, also in their 70’s, come in with him because they found him. Abby and Sam have trouble treating the guy until Luka realizes the blood pressure medicine is interfering with the bradycardia; the different medicine works wonderfully.
The two friends and the rest of their church, had been praying for the guy, had seen in their prayers where he was, and also saw him recovered. They ask if Abby is a believer, to which she is non-committal. The women note that they never would have had the courage to have a baby if they didn’t have faith in a higher power. Abby wonders if she is screwed.
Ray treats Rafe, a man injured in a scuffle in detention at the county jail. Steve follows – also injured in the same fight. His appendectomy incision was torn open. Sam sees him come in. Sam and Mary helps Ray with Rafe, and Sam objects to how the sheriff is treating him, and Rafe is grateful. Sam then goes to help Steve and is suspicious of his behavior as a second sheriff looks on.
While Steve protests his innocence, he sees what is going on in the other room with Rafe, but Sam does not. Mary sedates the sheriff who falls to the floor. Mary comes into Steve’s room with first sheriff’s gun, holds the second sheriff at bay while Rafe drags the first one into the suture room and closes the blinds. Sam quickly figures out that Steve and Ray are in this together.
Many pages later, Rafe, Steve, and Sam move to the main hall and head for the exit. They almost make it, past Morris, past the admit desk where Jerry and Timmy play computer games, and into the waiting area. Sam calls Abby “Abigail” and Abby knows something is wrong.
Many shots are fired; Sam, Steve and Rafe rush outside to find Mary in a van. Steve forces Sam into the van only because he already has Alex kidnapped in the back.
In the mess in the ER, Abby seems okay, Jerry is hit, so is a hospital security officer as Morris and Ray take command to treat the wounded. Slowly they realize that Sam is missing as they treat Jerry who seems pretty bad.
Cut into the mayhem is Neela being driven home after the funeral and she asks the driver to return to the cemetery.
The mystery here is Luka. The last we see him, or actually hear him breathing is just before Steve and Rafe, with Sam as hostage, move out of sutures and towards the exit. The staff calls for him in Act IV but he doesn’t appear in what we have. But the police do know that the van with Sam and the escapees are moving north on Franklin from the hospital.
Northern dancer1
Actually the sides say that Abby suffers an "ugly fall". She takes some time to get up, helped by Haleh who is concerned enough to go over to her and ask if she is okay. She has a scalp lac, but soldiers on, treating the wounded, including Steve, when he is brought back in. __________________________________________

Just to give back these spoilers to where they belong, they come from AEB and ER Exchange and where copied with credits (with the address of both sites) to Bleu Profond.

Accually, from what I have read, this is more of a Sam episode than an Abby episode. Yet again, we have another season finale where Steve causes trouble. :Rolls eyes: The sad part is, it looks as if Luka is going to get involved.

Well there are 2 interpretations for Luka's "disappearance": one is that he is going after Sam to help her and the other is that he has been hurt by Rafe or Steve before they left the hospital. It has been widely discussed. So far most people believe that he has been hurt. I guess it's wait and see...

oh yeah I do... TPTB love to upset us, give us an inch of hope then take it away! Steve, Luka and a gun make me very nervous but I don't think they will kill the baby off as they did that with Carter and Kem. debs x

Oh i hope that nothing happens to either parents or baby. That would be devestating. I really want this to be one relationship/family that works out. Doug left Carol when she was pregnant, Mark died after Elizabeth had their baby The only "happy" story is of Susan, Chuck & Cosmo! Abi*Lulu
