It is very rude to start a post with "um" (which, by the way, should have a capital letter at the start of a sentence). If you had read my post carefully, you would have noticed that I said "on ER boards"; I wasn't talking of the population as a whole. I would also have thought that you would realised that my whole comment was something of a joke, anyway. However, the notion that the ratings dropped because of Carby has no grounds in reality. Ratings have been on a downward slope for some time - as is only natural with a long-running show. And where is the evidence that it is down to Carby, and Carby alone? Did the ratings dramatically jump when Carby got together, as millions tuned in to see America's favourite couple? I don't think so! Did they take a big tumble the week after Abby hung the bag of Carter's belongings on his locker door? No! And did they drop through the floor when Carter sent the letter to Abby? No, again! If it was that blindingly obvious that several million would be added to viewing figures in an instant simply by putting Carter and Abby back together at the end of S10, don't you think that Wells & Co would have done it? Wouldn't NBC have held a gun to Wells' head to ensure he did this, even if he didn't want to? Piffle! [Sorry, Rory, for a very off-topic post.] wow a lot of people on this board have a really bad temper and it really makes me not want to ever use capital letter ever again.

Have you cecked NBC's website? www.nbc.com/ER/It says that this episode airs next week and it's Abby's final day on the ER. WTF? Wasn't "The book of Abby" her final episode? Maybe 15.02 is her last epi on the ER but not on the show. That doesn't make sense. I don't get it...

You are right... that is strange, but I think the spoilers must be true, at least the majority, because why call a episode "the book of Abby" if she is not there anymore... Maybe they are making sure that the viewers who only watch ER because of Maura are tuning in. Or all the patient stories (involving Abby) that are in the spoilers for 15.03 are in 15.02 and we get some serious good Luby time in 15.03.... Yes, I keep on dreaming!!

It's weird because NBC's site still says that there is going to be a new episode next week, but check this promo... I think that the scenes are, mostly, from 15.03

Thank you for sharing the That promo is from Episode 15.3 actually...! Oh my god Abby with that person at the top of the building on the edge ready to jump! And she's leaning over to reach! Very clever to the producers to do that because ones who never seen the spoilers and everyone knows that Abby is leaving the show, that promo gave a teaser like if she going to fall off the building...

I looked up the TV scheduled guide and that episode 15.2 is now aired on 9th Oct... Maybe the TV made a mistake airing the promo for the 15.3 episode which was originally scheduled for 9th Oct...

That promo was aired after "Life After Death" and it says that two weeks from now it gonna be a new episode (they actually imply it). And then they say that in the weeks to come a doctor is going to go... and they show images of epi 15.03. They talk about both episodes! NBC's site still says that next week they're airing 15.02! Maybe they made a mistake (which is rare for that kind of site) or maybe they just changed their mind and all the rest of the sites are wrong. www.ncb.com/ER
