Well, it was interesting I guess... wasn't impressed with Corday's small appearance, and I would have liked to actually SEE Ella . I have a feeling we won't be seeing her again. Neela and Brenner didn't surprise me, although I did find him much more likable in this epi. I wish they'd just kill Gates and Sam off though, sick of both their characters and their story lines! Banfield got my hopes up over quitting, then BOOM - they find a way to bring her back. Oh well, I enjoyed the new CSI epi at least .

I was so bummed that we didn't get more Corday, that was a real let down. And I fast-forwarded through so much of the episode, I don't know which parts were a dream and which parts were real.
And did we really need more Gates/Sam angst? I can't imagine anything the writers could do to make me care about those two.

I kinda liked it, but im left still comfised, i guess im not quick at picking things up. Sad about the short and sort of fake-like appearence by Elizabeth Corday, just didnt seem right for some reason. Edit: Im so confused i cant even spell it

The story style reminded me of the much better done 'Hindsight'. Bu then we were seeing the story unfold from several perspectives. Or maybe it was 'The Crossing'??
This episode was Neela's alone. I am curious as to which actually happened...or was it none of them? Seeing Corday was Neela's 'dream'? Interesting. As the second 'dream' evolved, I noted a wistful look on Corday's face when Neela said to stop by County. She may return in the end. Who knows?
Happy Neela caught me off guard. Still confused as to how someone couldhave been on the show as long as she has and not...evolved...into a more fleshed out character?? I am glad that Ray was in the story. Anyone else see that PN looked a little....puffy? LOL

Very interesting episode. Even though I was disappointed with Corday's short appearance.

This episode turned out a lot better than i thought it was going to be. I was not sure that a whole episode devoted to neela would work out??? It was a bit strange in parts but it worked. I really quite enjoyed it. Banfield made me laugh, not sure why!! The only thing that annoyed me is that Neela kept dropping her iphone, do you know how much they cost!! and i agree with Rachel, Cordy seemed different, nothing like the person that i remebered. You'd never have known that she was on the show for 8 years.

I thought that was a FANTASTIC episode! TPTB never stop surprising- one moment they are writing dudds, next they go back to classic ER form but with a bit of a twist-the old magic but in a differnet way. I've been going on about Neela having more screen time for soooo long now- she's an amazing actress and her character has been so consistent, she could easily have run the show throughout-they didnt need us to try and bond with newer character's stories as long as they developed hers. For so long she's been stuck in a rut, since what season 12 with gallant. So really great to see her character finally be developed into an attending with a functional relationship (although i imagine ray will be added into the equation. and hey, i don't mind- she's been without a man for so long she can have the pick of two!) I really liked the way they brought in corday. She was always one of my favourite characters. I also think its good the way they slot them in- they respect the old characters by giving them screentime, and was really good to see Corday's story, but they also emphasise the modern as they're the ones now with a story to tell. I don't know what to expect next, but with the interviews etc saying about the history of the show I'm now feeling we're wathcing something special coming to a close- and for the 1st time this season, I don't want it too! can parminder have a spin-off?!

ETA i'm going by the premise that the final dream was the real ending. But even if it wasnt I still love the episode and focus on Neela and I'll be looking forward to the next ep to see what happens!
