Just found this at AEB, who in turn credits DeeDee at ER Forums, thought I can't say I much care for the speculation that follows the spoilers. I will leave that for you all to read if you wish.

Work dates: 9/29-10/10
A group of homeless kids bring in their friend who's suffering from rabies.
A woman brings in her husband, who's been injured in a barfight. They've lost their son and the father has gone into a "drunken tailspin". He talks about how his alcholism has hurt his wife. (Hmm...foreshadowing much?)
Pratt's volunteering at a free clinic. He also finds out that his brother is gay, and doesn't handle it particularly well.
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
These spoilers are from Daisy at AEB:
The ER gets a new volunteer desk clerk. He has cerebral palsy.
Awww, poor Chaz.
Pratt arrives home and thinks Chaz's with a girl.
Pratt's all proud of his 'boy'.
But Chaz's with a boy.
Pratt tells the boy to leave.
Pratt tell Chaz to leave, too.
Bad, Pratt, bad.
Teller and Ruby are street kids.
They bring their friend Paulie to ER.
They are about to leave when Teller sees Neela.
She's in blue scrubs, he think she's the Blue Lady.
Neela and Abby works on a girl who OD.
When Neela's able to get the girl back, Teller thinks she can cure all people.
Gates tells Neela that when he was a paramedic he saw homeless kids like Teller and Paulie. They create their own story to explain the world, their own mithology.
Bloody Mary, God, Blue Lady.
Demons turn you into a junk or a prostitute, angels like Blue Lady save you if you are sick or hurt.
But Paulie has rabies and Luka, Neela, Gates and Hope have a hard time trying to save him.
When they can't, Teller's mad and want to leave.
Neela wants Teller to stay, he needs treatment, so do his friends.
Sam wants Alex to work as a volunteer.
Luka says he'll check it for her.
Abby and Luka treat Hadley.
He nees to stop drinking and Abby sugests he enters a program.
Hadley says no, he doesn't want to hear other people's problem. It's not going to bring his son back.
Abby thinks it may help him, give him closure.
Hadley's son died in a DIU.
Luka asks Hadley if he hit his wife, and he says he would never hurt her.
Luka replied that he did.
Luka and Abby disagree about the treatment of a patient.
She says she knows most time he's right, but she has a feeling about this case.
Luka tells he'll be the attending, she'll be the resident.
Abby doesn't understand what's going on.
****as if we didn't already have our plates full tonight, here's more for us to think over. ;D
