Can we have a link on megaupload after, Amanda ? As much as I hoped TPTB would not go there, and as much as I did not need to see that flashback with Moretti, I am kinda curious and excited to see how this whole issue(s) play out. TPTB have balls to do this and it does make it very interesting at least to me. We all know this angst is just for a short time so lets all get together and support each other during this difficult short time. I agree. Though I knew what was going on and kept saying "Abby don't do it" I'm not mad at TPTB. This is a great way to spice up the show and mess with the audience's heads. And it's a great way for them to delve into the personal relationships more. Though it's great to see Luby all happy and content, on episodic television that gets dull sometimes. So as a happy-go-lucky Luby fan, this plot kinda stinks. But, as a tv watcher and film person, I really want to see where they go with it. |

Hi, I haven't posted in ages...but i've been lurking a lot lately...mainly spoilers...shame on me...
anyway, i haven't seen the episode, i just saw The War Comes Home last night...but i read this today and wanted to die...
does any of you have any pictures of the flashback just to see how awful this will be??

oh, and i think this is a great story, yeah, sure we'll suffer, and it's ABSOLUTELY disgusting...but drama's good, it's more fun to watch. I hate to admit it but happily ever after gets boring after a while...and TPTB knows that, so unless we get angst, we won't be seeing much of Abby and Luka...just what i think
besides, i'm sure it will all get better in the end.
It's been 7 years after all, just like Luka said.
So, please if any of you have a picture from the episode...post the link, please!

first; Morris annoys me 99% of the time he's on the screen, today was an exception. Him running into a door made me laugh! I'm gonna distract your face with my foot
second; I agree with you, Molly! Haven't downloaded an episode since...the one when Luka's on the phone[don't know the name though, such a bad ER geek these days] and this was. I don't know. A big shocker. Hmm..I'll probably realize what's really happened later on. but now just..hm. Shock.

Maura is sexy when playing drunk! EDITED: I was just talking to Amanda, and her brother came up with Moretti Abby shiper name. MOBY. If you look carefully, not at all bad idea. Moby is bald. umm..I have a different take on the whole Moretti mess, regarding his actions. I'm not saying that he did nothing wrong, but he didn't seduce her. This was about Abby and revenge, getting even, frustrations and anger. As far as he knows, things could not be that good in Abby's relationship. He didn't know exactly where Luka is which makes me think that he doesn't know why he left. In his mind, several reasons could be the fault of Luka's absence. Maybe their relationship isn't that good, maybe they're separated or maybe they just aren't in such good terms.
He didn't ask her out, like Grady did, he didn't say anything to her. She was the first to say the word "flirting"...he just went along. I know that on this board there are mainly (if not only) girls, but from a man's point of view...guys just don't think whether it's right or not, they don't think about the husband.Most of them don't reject a one night stand just because the woman is married. It's not about right or wrong or she's taken..it's about what the woman wants and they go ahead with that. And it was awkward for him. See the look on his face during one flashback, how he looked at her when she got up. For him, it really was an one night stand and period.
As for Abby...I do think that not in a million years she would have slept with him sober, but this wasn't about substance abuse.This was angry Abby getting back at Luka for leaving her. Her tone when she said "you'll have to ask him" to Moretti shows all that. She's mad, because he was supposed to come back weeks ago. So she's just going with the flow.
Oh, if, and only IF this turns out to be just another rock in their way to happiness, I'd prefer this to many of last season's episodes. Heartbreaking or not, it's interesting.
