Thanks girls, new update!! ;DJust so everyone knows the ages of the kids are: Luke is 16, Lexy is 14..but practically 15 since its near her birthday, the twins are almost 9, Lily is 5 and Hannah is now 27. Oh and Daniel and May are 8 and baby boy(I haven't named him yet, haha) is 5.Chapter 5 The kids did as they were told, but that didn’t keep them from whispering to one another, questioning what could possibly be bothering their mother. Abby sank into the chair that stood next to her and placed her head into her hands. How was she going to do this? It was hectic without a baby. All five kids kept her on her toes, and kept her busy. She loved them, really she did. However, she had never planned on such a large family. And she definitely didn’t know how she felt about baby number 6. She couldn’t do it, she concluded. There was no way. No possible way that she could juggle the life that she led now with a baby. Everything would have to change. Her life would have to be uplifted and turned, yet again, when she had finally believed that everything was finally falling into place. This is not what she needed. “Abby, I’m home,” Luka called from the front door. Abby scoffed. He thought he was so funny, didn’t he? Him and his stupid sperm that still, after his vasectomy, managed to get her pregnant and got her in this mess in the first place. Man, she hated him right now. Abby sat up, picked up the spoon in the bowl, and began fiercely mixing again. “Abby,” Luka said sweetly as he entered the kitchen door. When he saw that she was baking, his expression changed to worry. “What’s the matter, Ab’s?” Abby didn’t answer him, she just kept mixing even though it didn’t need any more mixing. “Abby? What is it?” He brought himself next to her and kissed her gently on the cheek. He was surprised when Abby pulled away suddenly. “Don’t touch me,” she said sharply, causing Luka to wince and jerk back in surprise. “Ab’s?” “I…” Abby inhaled harshly, “I’m pregnant, again!” She exclaimed as she gave up on her mixing and beat her hands against the counter. “What?” Abby turned to Luka, and was shocked to find a smile creeping on his lips. “Another baby? How?” His smile grew and Abby could feel the anger building up inside of her. How was he possibly happy about this? And, before she could even assess what she was thinking, her hand slapped him strongly across his cheek. “How do you think!” She screamed. “Really!” “Ab’s,” Luka said in surprise, as he massaged his cheek. “What is this all about?” “Why are you like this? God, it’s like your happy!” Abby yelled. Luka sighed. “How am I supposed to respond? Like you?” Luka responded angrily. “Yes,” Abby stated nodding her head, “yes, just like me. You should be shocked, or..or something. Not happy!” Abby told him as she threw up her hand, frustrated. “Abby, why? No, we didn’t plan this, but I can’t just not be happy about it. It’s our baby,” he told her. “It was created from our love.” He said sweetly, trying to change Abby’s attitude about all of this. “No,” Abby informed him. “No, you do not get to do this to me. I’m the one that has to have this baby. You are the one that wanted to cut down your work and spend more time at home. But, that doesn’t make me the bad guy in all of this! I love our kids, Luka, but I didn’t want another one. So, I get to be mad and angry about this, okay? And I would appreciate it, if you didn’t make me feel guilty about it.” “What do you want to do, Abby? Get rid of it?” Luka stated harshly. “Of course not, Luka,” Abby said bluntly. “I just don’t know how to feel right now, and I have every right to be mad.” Luka didn’t respond. He just shook his head and took short deep breaths. “Someone has to get Lee,” Abby said quietly, as she looked at the clock. “I’ll go,” Luka said as he walked out of the room. Abby heard the door slam behind Luka and sighed. Nothing was going according to plan.

Vasectomy hummm, and now Abby is pregnant? I wonder how it hapened. Somehow it reminds me of a Friends episode, the one Ross tells Rachel their marriage is over (he was the one dealing with their divorce papers), but it´s a lie.

New update...... ;DChapter 6 Abby attempted to make herself comfortable on her mattress. She twisted and turned, but no matter what she did, she couldn’t get comfortable. Luka had taken the kids to the movies, and Abby was trying to go to sleep before they all got back. She didn’t want to talk to Luka right now. Abby crossed her arms across her defiantly and sighed heavily. How was he happy about this? Did he realize that she was pregnant again and that this would be baby number 6? The front door opened, and Abby could hear the patter of all her children’s feet as they made their way up the stairs to their rooms. Abby pulled the covers up to her chin and closed her eyes to feign sleeping. She paused in the middle of a huff when she heard her bedroom door open. Luka moved slowly across the carpet, and Abby assumed it was not to wake her. However, Luka sat down on the bed next to Abby and pulled the covers down. Abby kept her eyes tightly shut, not wanting Luka to know that she was awake. She felt his lips brush across hers and her eyes fluttered open suddenly. “I knew you were awake,” Luka told her with a small smile. Abby sighed and sat up slightly. “What do you want?” Abby asked unkindly. “Abby,” Luka began slowly, realizing that he was treading on shaky ground, “you do realize that it isn’t entirely my fault that you’re pregnant don’t you? It takes two to make a baby,” Luka said matter of factly. Abby stubbornly looked up and bit her bottom lip. “Yeah,” she sighed. “I know.” Then her eyes slowly travelled to Luka’s and she said, “but I can be upset about it. Lily was supposed to be it. And now here we are again. Luke is sixteen, and I just…” “I understand,” Luka told her with a nod, “I do. But I can be happy about it. Can’t I?” Abby began chewing on the corners of her thumbnails as she thought intently, “I guess so,” she responded. “But no planning for the baby yet, we have plenty of time. I just need time to process this okay? And after this baby, I’m getting my tubes tied. Do you understand? Absolutely positively no more babies after this one. This is it.” Luka couldn’t hold back a chuckle as it burst out of his lips. “Okay, this is it. Although that is what you said after Lily, and Lana and Lee.” Abby hit him lightly against the shoulder. “Don’t test me Luka Kovac, I am highly emotional right now.” Abby warned. Luka giggled lightly at Abby’s cautioning and Abby looked up at him sharply, causing him to throw up his hands apologetically. Then he took her head into his hands and pulled her lips to his. As they pulled out of the kiss, Abby looked curiously to Luka. “What are you doing?” She questioned him. “We’re still arguing.” “Nope, we’re making up, the arguing is over. Now it’s time for the fun part!” Luka said as he pulled her to him again, however, Abby pushed him away lightly. “But the kids…” she said pointing to their doorway. “Lily…” “Lily is in bed, she was already asleep when we got back from the movies, and the rest were tired. They aren’t going to bother us,” Luka stated with a sly grin. “Come on, let’s make up,” he said with a wink. “But Luka,” Abby protested weakly as Luka’s hands roamed up her nightgown and traced circles on her belly. “Luka,” she tried again, but Luka was already grasping the edges of her nightgown and pulling it over her head. “Luka,” she said this time abruptly as she pushed him away and stood up suddenly. She tore the nightgown out of Luka’s arms and threw it over her head, before rushing off to the bathroom. Luka quickly followed.

New update!!... Chapter 7 Abby heaved violently into the toilet, her body was shaking as she tried to support herself with her arms above the toilet. Luka moved to her side, pulling her brown locks out of her face. When she felt the nausea pass, Abby sat up and Luka handed her a tissue to wipe her mouth with. “And so here we are again,” Abby complained. “I hate morning sickness,” Abby whined. “This sucks.” “Ah, but it only lasts for a little while,” Luka reassured her, “and then you’ll start feeling her kick and you’ll fall in love. I just know it.” “It might only last for a little while, we can’t know that for sure,” Abby rebutted. “And why do you keep calling it a she? It could very well be a little boy. We can’t know for sure, yet.” Abby argued. She didn’t know why she kept doing that, but it seemed like no matter what Luka said, she wanted to argue with him. “Just a hunch,” Luka told her with a smile. “Why don’t you want a girl?” “I don’t care,” Abby told him. “I would prefer neither. We already have three girls and two boys. That’s a lot.” “Abby, you do care,” Luka told her. “You don’t care what it is, maybe, but you do care that it is there.” “Maybe so,” Abby answered with a slight nod, “But I already told you I need more time. I can’t plan yet. So as long as we don’t know the sex of the baby, let’s just cut it out okay? No clothing, no bedroom planning, and…. well, nothing.” Abby said waving her hands in the air for emphasis. “What about names?” Luka questioned her. Abby looked up at him quickly and rolled her eyes. “Seriously! Have you named the baby already?” Abby accused. “The baby I said no planning for, yet? Oh Luka, you didn’t, did you?” Abby pleaded with Luka. If the baby had a name, then she had to accept it faster than she was willing. She needed time. She wasn’t ready for this. Not yet, and probably not ever. “Yes, I’ve named her…” “No!” Abby exclaimed stopping him before he could blurt it out. “No naming. You are free to name the baby whatever you want, but don’t tell me. Not yet.” Abby said as she stood up from the bathroom floor. She walked over to the sink and washed off her face before walking toward their bed and lying down. Luka slowly got into bed next to her and pulled her into his arms. He kissed her on the cheek and moved his hand across her thigh, but Abby pushed it away. “Not now, Luka,” she told him as she closed her eyes. “I’m tired from all the throwing up.” Luka groaned, but nodded. “So this is the baby’s fault?” He questioned her. Abby bobbed her head up and down. “Oh, or should I say Leah’s fault?” Abby turned to Luka and pushed him harshly against his chest with her hands, and he laughed at her response. “Really!”

Thanks guys, new update!!... ;DChapter 8 One Week Later- Saturday"Mom," Lexy stated as she lightly nudged Abby's shoulder, "Mom, wake up, already! Come on mom!" Abby rubbed her eyes and looked at Lexy suspiciously. Her daughter was up before her, there had to be a catch. Lexy always overslept. "Lexy?" Abby questioned as she yawned, "what do you need?" Lexy motioned her hands for Abby to scoot over so that she could get into the bed with her. Lexy crawled into the bed next to her mother and pulled the sheets up to her chin. "Mom, it's like 10:30, I didn't think that you were ever going to wake up!" Lexy exclaimed. Abby gasped when she heard the time and then looked at the clock next to her bedside table, it was indeed after 10:30, how had she slept so late without the children waking her up? Sure she was exhausted; the morning sickness was keeping her up all night long. However, her kids were noisy and she was not a heavy sleeper. So, how had they not awoken her? Luka was off to work for the day, so there was no one there to keep Lily or Lee from waking her up. "How did I sleep so late?" "Daddy told us that under no circumstance should we wake you unless it was an emergency. He said that you were tired," Lexy informed her. Abby spied her curiously as she wondered what Lexy's emergency was to wake her up. "Well, I woke you up," Lexy began, noticing Abby's questioning eyes, "because I needed to talk, and it was an emergency. I swear!" Abby rolled her eyes and nodded, "Okay, Lex, what is this dire emergency?" "It's about Adam, you see Adam has invited me to this party next week..." "Wait, the Adam that Luke and you had a scuffle about last week?" Abby interrupted her teenaged daughter. Lexy angrily pushed back her long dark curls and huffed dramatically. "It was not a scuffle. Luke is just being unfair, and I need you to tell him that he is my brother, not my father, and that I am old enough to make my own decisions." Lexy began nervously tugging on the ends of her hair and looked to her mom for sympathy. However, Abby just sighed. "Well, I don't know about that, Lex. You're only fourteen..." "Fifteen in less than a month!" "Okay, almost fifteen, but Lexy, I don't want you going out with this senior boy, and I sincerely doubt that your father will either. And if Luke doesn't like him, then he’s probably not a good guy," Abby said trying to rationalize with her stubborn daughter. Lexy was a little too much like herself, and she remembered herself at Lexy's age, and that worried her. She didn't want Lexy to go through the things that she went through as a teenager. And what scared her even worse was that Lexy also had some of her father in her, and she didn't even want to imagine Luka at that age. Lexy was impulsive and stubborn, the perfect mix of Luka and Abby, and so her name definitely suited her. "Mom," Lexy whined, "But he's a senior and he asked me to go to the party! Please mom, please!" "No, Lexy," Abby told her sternly, "You are not going to go to the party with that boy. If you want to hang out with him or go somewhere with him, you'll need a chaperone." Abby's eyes brightened as a thought occurred to her. "Okay, you can go to the party with Adam if Luke goes with you." "Are you serious?" "Serious as I can be, Lexy. I love you, so I'm not going to let you go with someone that I don't trust. And you should be nicer to your brother. Luke loves you and looks after you, you should cut him some slack." "Fine," Lexy sighed. "I guess I won't go to the party..." "Okay, that's your choice," Abby said with a smile, "Want to go bake some brownies?" "Really?" Abby nodded. "Are you okay mom? You keep baking things...is something the matter?" "Nope, I'm fine."
