Pitch it to HBO or Showtime instead, that was we could get some really steamy love scenes.

Since Goran's show did not get picked up, there is a slight chance that both could get cast in a pilot for next fall. There has to be fans of their chemistry in the TV industry, write it and show it off.

Funny, looks like Goran also chose for abc. Would be cool if he took a guest role on TWT at some point. I know, my imagination is getting the best of me ;D

Well, I read the review and I think they made a mistake casting Katee Sackhoff. She´s not someone to be save all the time.

After reading the review, however, I'm not surprised it didn't get picked up. Sounds pretty dire,

Eh....I don't know. Had a kind of 'Beauty and the Beast' vibe to it. Maybe TPTB had 'been there, done that' thoughts going. I think I could have tinkered with the concept a bit and made it workable. Yep. I could have. Especially if it meant a sit down with Goran to get his thoughts on the character.

Comfirmed by Richard Hatem on facebook: www.facebook.com/notes/richard-hatem/bostons-finest-apparently-isnt/429196785015I got the official word last night on a crowded bus somewhere between Shreveport and Dallas... "Boston's Finest" is not getting picked up. It's dead. Which is really too bad; a lot of people did a lot of great work doing everything they could to make it happen. The cast: Katee, Goran, Nia, Richard, Will, Jason and Treat, to name a few; the production staff and crew in Boston; a lot of ABC studio and network people who were passionate about it from day one; Gary Fleder and his whole team at Mojo Films. But mostly Bert Salke and Chris Brancato who relentlessly moved this thing forward with a level of energy and dedication I've never seen before. I can honestly say I've never worked harder on anything I've ever done -- and I was mostly MIA working on "The Gates" during the actual production. We went through dozens and dozens of drafts, addressed thousands of notes and came back from the dead a small handful of times. So it seems odd and a little surreal that after ten months it's just...over. But the "no"'s outnumber the "yes"'s in this business by about 100-1, so I guess it's never that big a shock when the final "no" drops into place. I have a lot of great memories working on this show and met a lot of wonderful people, so that's what I take away... And finally, thank you to everyone who hoped to one day see this show. Your support on this page was huge.Article: www.boston.com/ae/celebrity/more_names/blog/2010/05/bostons_finest_not_picked_up_b.htmlIn the end, "Boston's Finest" wasn't. ABC has decided not to pick up the TV pilot shot here a few months ago. The cast of the cop drama included Treat Williams, Goran Visnjic of "ER," Katee Sackhoff of "Battlestar Galactica," Jason Wiles of "Third Watch," and Nia Long of "Are We There Yet?" Producer Richard Hatem posted the unhappy news yesterday on Facebook. "It's dead," he wrote. "Which is really too bad; a lot of people did a lot of great work doing everything they could to make it happen...I can honestly say I've never worked harder on anything I've ever done...So it seems odd and a little surreal that after ten months it's just...over."
