Wow, I thought this episode was so much better than the previous ones. I found it more exciting: the scene with the judge in the elevator, Jimmy's fear for his family. And then, Kathryn's sadness when she lost, God she's so good. I also loved the funny scenes, Kathryn with Chad, and all the things she did for her neck ache ;D And we found out some more about Jimmy this time. I really hope they continue revealing more and more about the main characters' private life. I must say it was a bit confusing in the beginning, with all the different character names that were mentioned and the typical judicial language. But of course that's typical for us foreigners. I always need to watch a show at least 2 or 3 times before I get it all ;D Oh and there's a great recap here: www.jivid.com/?p=8559&utm_source=twitterfeed&utm_medium=twitter

I also loved the funny scenes, Kathryn with Chad, and all the things she did for her neck ache ;D And we found out some more about Jimmy this time. I really hope they continue revealing more and more about the main characters' private life. I agree with a lot of the same things! I felt Maura was so present in this episode - and very strong. I loved her facial expressions. It was so similar to Abby, I couldn't believe it. Something about her was different here. Also, did you hear the way she said "yeah but WHY ME?" in the beginning of the episode? Didn't she say it kind of funny/odd? But I loved it. I also loved the ending: I knew that she was going to get to the bottom of it, because the look on her face when she lost was a look of "no way, he is guilty and I'm going to find out how." I thought Rob Morrow did a great job as well. Yes he did shout a littler more than necessary, but he made up for it by the cuteness with the two boys at the end. I like his character more and more, and I like his funny sarcastic interactions with Kathryn throughout the episode. It's a love/hate, and it is so fun to watch. Things I loved: -The neckbraces/heating pads - my mom was doing the exact same thing during the episode. Too funny. -Kathryn hugging Chad! That was so sweet. See? she does have a soft side. -The flirty looks to Jimmy - those eyes, it was Abby looking at Luka (I swear) I want this show to make it. I really like it more and more every time I see it. I am going to remain positive and not think bad thoughts about it.

Thanks sooo much Fe for the links This show is getting better and better. The most interesting thing in this show, for me, is the fact that she has to work hard to get a conviction. After years of CSI and similar shows where people make forensic miracles or the criminal just easily confess - TWT is a breath of fresh air. Poor girl, but it´s kind of funny - her neck deteriorated more and more during the case hahaha Boy oh boy, Jimmy does whatever it takes to win a case. Bad, bad Jimmy. And then wants to talk to her friendly... I was here telling to my computer: "no way, Jose". Hahahaha, she had to hug Chad, he did a good work and they were kind of, all alone, fighting the judicial world. They are a team. I enjoyed the little "numbers" reuniun. Can´t wait for Parminder. If they cancell this show - believe me - I´ll cry. Last, but not least - Maura was beautiful and great. We could feel her frustration, determination and whatever tion I can think of My fav episode now.

This episode was gooooood, maybe is was because there were different writers? I liked the scenes 'in between' the court stuff. I still dislike the flashback scene during the closing arguments. I think they are unnecessary. The finale was pretty cool too.

Double Jeopardy on 'The Whole Truth' -- Will the Series Survive? (VIDEO) by Oliver Miller, posted Oct 7th 2010 'The Whole Truth' (Wed., 10PM ET on ABC) is an odd type of legal drama. Unlike the 'Law & Order' franchise, the show doesn't let us root for a bunch of lawyers who are clearly the good guys. Instead, 'The Whole Truth' presents us with two equal and opposing viewpoints. Prosecutor Kathryn Peale (Maura Tierney) faces off against defense attorney Jimmy Brogan (Rob Morrow). But we're never sure which one of them is right. [Warning: Spoiler alert.] On the latest episode, Jimmy takes the case of Judge Ruben Wright (guest star Judd Hirsch). The judge is accused of murder -- while he's in the middle of conducting a trial. Now, he'll be on the other side of the law. The man who sent criminals to jail is suddenly a suspected criminal himself. Judge Wright chooses Jimmy as his lawyer, even though the two of them have a tangled history. Meanwhile, Kathryn is hard at work, patiently building a case against Judge Wright. The episode builds up to a climatic courtroom scene ... and Kathryn loses. Wright is found innocent. Or is he? Six months after the case is "over," Ms. Peale comes up with new evidence that could change everything. But Judge Wright uses the defense of "double jeopardy" -- which states that a man cannot be tried twice for the same crime. Will he escape justice based on a technicality? As you can see from this recap, 'The Whole Truth' is a complex and nuanced show. But is it too complex? It's not the type of legal drama that viewers are used to; there are no real "good guys" or "bad guys." The series has gotten dismal ratings, and is already in danger of being canceled. Funnily enough, the show's own ambitions might be putting it in "jeopardy." www.tvsquad.com/2010/10/07/double-jeopardy-on-the-whole-truth-will-the-series-survive/more articles luby.proboards.com/index.cgi?action=gotopost&board=aiarchive&thread=4667&post=171431luby.proboards.com/index.cgi?action=gotopost&board=aiarchive&thread=4667&post=171432

Let´s hope. I can´t believe 'according to Jim" had 8 season, I think. Maybe then things were easier.
Not only "TWT" was up ( a little bit) everything else was down, including super LOLA hahaha

I thought Judd Hirsch did a nice job last night - and it was great to see Andre Royo (Santiago) who used to be on the HBO show The Wire and was SO fantastic on there.
And we cannot allow them to cancel the show until I get a Chad/Kathryn makeout session LOL
