Larue, yeah, I think so... to be honest I DO need to watch that interview again, 'cause I barely understood what they are saying!!! horrible sound quality! worst publicity ever!

From someone who watched the pilot this weekend:
HitFixDanielThis dinner w/everybody at one long table drinking wine & saying mean things isn't making "Parenthood" look less like "Brothers & Sisters." about 11 hours ago from web
HitFixDanielEvery beat of "Parenthood" feels familiar, but there are a lot talented people doing good work. Plus, Bob Dylan's "Forever Young." about 10 hours ago from web
Just from the few reviews I've read, it sounds like the general thoughts are that the cast is fantastic while the writers are going to have some work to do to catch up to them in terms of quality. I think that was pretty much the feeling here too when we read the script.

Someone on Twitter said NBC aired the Parenthood promo during primetime last night. Glad they're finally starting to advertise the show!

OH my gosh! That's terrible. Has it come through any other sources yet, or just Access Hollywood? I wonder what will happen to that pilot. (obviously that's not the main concern, but still).

It's so sad that Maura is not able to play in Parenthood - damn cancer. I pray for Maura. And although I like Lauren Graham, she is really funny. Maura is just a better actress!

Got this through Google alerts. Al Norton: I enjoyed the pilot episode of Parenthood, although Tierney was one of the major highlights (along with Krause and TV secret weapon Mike O'Malley) so it will be interesting to see if they go with the exact same scripts from before or tweak the character at all based on Graham's skill set.
