HEY! I know there have been loads of 'Abby has a kid' fics at the moment, but I wanted a go. See what you think and please review. I do so love reviews

“…and they lived happily ever after.” She kissed her daughter on the nose and slipped out the door.
“Night mommy.” Elise said, already drifting off to sleep. Abby flicked the light switch and went into the living room. The tiny apartment was so empty after Elise was asleep and she almost couldn’t wait until sleep overcame her tonight.
Flicking on celebrity poker, she began thinking about the job tomorrow. Moving was a hard choice- it had meant leaving Eric and her mom but she needed the space. It had also meant leaving Richard behind, a choice she was ecstatic about but Elise had been a little less happy.
“So you’ll see daddy real soon. Like Christmas or maybe even sooner.”
“But daddy is staying here?”
“Yes sweetie. I’m sorry but he had Lindsay and Charlie now too. You can call as often as you like though.” Elise had nodded slowly and pouted, silently rejecting her mother’s kisses and hugs.
Abby jerked awake as she almost fell off the couch. The TV was still on, showing some odd show about celebrity surgery.
“I see enough blood at work.” She mumbled, flicking it off and walking the few steps to her bedroom. The walls were still bare but at least the bed was soft and clean. She fell into the folds and was asleep in a shot. So deep asleep, she didn’t even feel her daughter’s little hands pull the duvet up and around them both as she snuggled into her mother’s body.

Luka laughed and jiggled the little boy around some more.
“Ahh! Tata, I’ll be sick!” He shrieked, laughing. His father placed him on his feet and ruffled his hair.
“We don’t want that do we? Not before your first day at new school.” Marko shook his velvet hair and pulled his pyjama bottoms up a bit more.
“Off to bed then buddy.” Father and son entered the little boy’s room and were soon deep into the new Harry Potter.
“One more chapter tata…please?!” Marko eyed him but Luka shook his head.
“Sorry Marko, but you need to sleep. See you in the morning.” He pressed a kiss to his forehead and switched on the night light.
“’Night tata.”
Luka sloped into the sitting room, yawning. Work had been tough but at least they were getting a new doctor tomorrow. He just hoped she was up to scratch; he wasn’t sure how many more half assed doctors the ER could handle!
An hour later and he was sliding the covers over his toned body as he slid into sleep.
----------
Abby used her free hand to hold Elise tight against her as the El rocked them around its tinny interior.
“Mommy, that man is looking at your behind.” Abby swung round and glared at the pervert behind her and battering the man who’d just entered behind her.
“Oh no! Sorry!” Coffee trickled off his hand as he grimaced.
“No problem at all. I was just thinking my hands were a bit cold.” Abby tried to hide her face but he laughed. “Seriously, don’t worry. It was only warm anyway- never get coffee off that vender unless you want it cold.” His eyes crinkled and she couldn’t help but smile.
“Luka Kovac.”
“Abby Lockhart.” They smiled again and he grabbed at the rail to stop from falling into the lap of a grumpy looking teenager. As he swayed, his leg grazed hers.
*No, this can’t be happening!* she looked down to hide the blush that spread over her cheeks.
“Mommy, he’s doing it again.” Elise said, trying to turn around. Without a word Luka stepped between Abby and Pervy McPervert.
“Thank you Mr Man…I don’t think mommy wanted him to be staring at her behind, he looks weird.”
“That’s okay…”
“My name is Elise.”
“Hi, I’m Luka.” She wrinkled her nose.
“You have a funny name…but that doesn’t matter.” She held out her juice bottle. “It’s Ribena. Want some? It’ll give you a purple tongue!!” she giggled.
“My son loves Ribena. But no thank you Elise, I’ll stick to my coffee.” Abby sighed- he had a son, which meant he was with someone. *No luck with the stranger on the train this time Lockhart*
“What’s your son’s name?”
“Marko.” Elise wrinkled her nose again.
“Well this is my stop. Pleased to meet you Elise, see you around Abby.” He rushed off before Abby could even register his farewell.
“Oh, looks like I’m off here too.” She consulted her slip of paper with directions to the new hospital. “Come on baby, time to meet my new friends.” She hitched Elise onto her hip again and began the fight off the train platform.
“I liked your old friends.”
“Please don’t start Elise.” She sighed.
“But I like Luka.”
“Me too.” Abby murmured. “Me too!”
