As we have "The We Hate Carter thread"... There is no mention about another relationship Abby had ... with Jake Scanlon. So honesty what did anyone think of him? The Jabby interaction? I thought he was cute at first but after a few episodes he got on my nerves, was a little immature to my liking, somewhat nerdy ... Really wasn't Abby's type ... [Luka is the only man for Abs!  ] |

I thought Jake was adorable!!He may of been a dork but he was a lovable dork who was very clearly taken with Abby!
I kinda hoped for that realtionship to go somewhere ,but in hindsight i think that was more of a transtional realtionship for Abby so she could realise that she wanted something more serious ,and to get that kindnapping out of her system.
Overall i really liked Jake and i hope we get to see more of him in the future.

Sorry, Cheryl, I didn't like Jake at all. I felt like he had nothing to do in the ER apart from watching Abby with adoring eyes and a goofy smile!  And TBTB didn't even try to give him some good lines.We never saw him doing sth interesting as a med student. He was just the nice-looking boyfriend for a couple of episodes before the Luby second round.  |

I think he was really good for her. He made her happy and youthful for a while but most of all he made her see she did want to find mr right and settle down...so paving the way for luby 2! (As you may remember Abby said Luby1 ended because of timing...and this time it was the right time ) |

I didn't like Jake from the moment I saw him!! I just couldn't see Abby with anyone other than Luka - it felt forced and wrong.

Absolutely, Wendy. It was also weird.. the way Jake chased her around and she kept telling him to back off. What choice did she have but to give in? I swear, the man didn't leave her alone! (Kinda like Carter. At least Luka gave her the space she needed when she needed it.)

oh i liked jake he was a nice boy..haha maybe it was just cause i was sick of abby being alone, haha i think i just needed her to have a lover...jake was like the snack you have before dinner cause you just dont think you can wait...haha and we all know who dinner is!
