It's uncertain. She has the baby in the middle of May, and being that she's due in July, it could be anywhere from 30 to 34 weeks. It really depends on if TPTB are going to keep to the timeline they had originally assigned back in QoD or not.

i think Abby is further on than we think, from the size of her belly i would say at least 34 weeks,i was the size of her now with all 3 of mine at full term.

Yah i agree, I think the problems that arise with the baby will not be from being premature, but from the fact that the baby lacked oxygen from when Abby fell, to when she passes out, to whenever they find her...which i hope is soon!!

Yeah, she really does look like she is full term...especially in the season finale. I know realistically she can't be...but...

She probably could be almost full term though becasue they don't really tell you what month it is. In ER world it may be June or July, not may, but more likely June becasue when they showed Alex he was in his school uniform.

Luka told Sam she was due in July and I am sure in the epsidoe where Gallant dies they say it was April 29th that he died when the chaplin tells Neela, so 21 guns must have happened early May ER time so Abby has to be about 7months pregnant depending on when in July she is due. 7 months isn't too bad I guess, give the bubs a fighting chance...

Still, 2 months left of development for the baby is a long time, many critical things happen in the last few months.
But, we know they wont kill baby Joe, they CAN'T kill him! lol
