I think this would be the perfect song for Abby and Joe.........___________________________________________ I hope you never lose you're sense of wonder, You get you're fill to eat but always keep that hunger, May you never take one single breath for granted, God forbid love ever leave you empty handed, I hope you still feel small when you stand beside the ocean, Whenever one door closes I hope one more opens, Promise me that you'll give Faith a fightin chance, And when you get the chance to set it out or dance.
I hope you Dance...I hope you Dance...........I hope you never fear those mountains in the distance, Never setle for the path of resistance, Livin' like me, takin' chances, but there worth takin', Lovin' might be a mistake but it's worth makin', Don't let some Hell bint heart leave you bitter,When you come close to sellin' out resonsider, Give the heavens above more than just a passing glance, And when you get the choice to set it out or dance,I hope you Dance... I hope you Dance. I hope you dance...I hope you Dance.(Time is a wheel in constant motion always rolling us along, Tell me who wants to look back on their years and wonder where those years have gone.)I hope you still feel small when you stand beside the ocean, Whenever one door closes I hope one more opens,Promise me that you'll give Faith a fighting chance,And when you get the choice to set it out or Dance.Dance.........................I hope you Dance.I hope you dance...I hope you Dance..(Time is a wheel in constant motion always rolling us along,Tell me who wants to look back on their yearsand wonder where those years have gone.)I Hope You Dance..............._________________________Song and lyrics by Lee Ann Womack.[/u][/color] Now you can't say that is not the all-time best song for Abby and Joe.It just fits them perfect. ~~~~~Johna Winfrey/Oprah

Another good Abby and Joe song could be My Wish by Rascal Flatts. Here are the lyrics.
My Wish lyrics
I hope that the days come easy and the moments pass slow, And each road leads you where you want to go, And if you're faced with a choice, and you have to choose, I hope you choose the one that means the most to you. And if one door opens to another door closed, I hope you keep on walkin' till you find the window, If it's cold outside, show the world the warmth of your smile,
But more than anything, more than anything, My wish, for you, is that this life becomes all that you want it to, Your dreams stay big, and your worries stay small, You never need to carry more than you can hold, And while you're out there getting where you're getting to, I hope you know somebody loves you, and wants the same things too, Yeah, this, is my wish.
I hope you never look back, but ya never forget, All the ones who love you, in the place you left, I hope you always forgive, and you never regret, And you help somebody every chance you get, Oh, you find God's grace, in every mistake, And you always give more than you take.
But more than anything, yeah, and more than anything, My wish, for you, is that this life becomes all that you want it to, Your dreams stay big, and your worries stay small, You never need to carry more than you can hold, And while you're out there getting where you're getting to, I hope you know somebody loves you, and wants the same things too, Yeah, this, is my wish.
This is my wish I hope you know somebody loves you May all your dreams stay big

There's another song that I love, and it's perfect to them...
Beautiful Sarah Connor
It's bigger than the universe Be thankful for the miracles It seems so unconceivable That life gives birth We came in the exact same way That's why we're standing here today This one is dedicated for the ones that said
You are alive I see the innocence in your eyes Whenever you cry or smile You're such a wonderful child It's like you're heaven sent You stole the night replaced it with sunlight And that's why we're thankful that you came into our life
Because you're beautiful, so beautiful How special you are A creation of nature you are Because you're beautiful, so beautiful How precious you are You're like an angel that fell from a star A creation of nature you are
You're feeling so responsible Cause anything is possible I never needed anything Cause you were there A smile that changes everything The first step that makes you think This one is dedicated to the ones who said
A miracle is when a child is born A living thing so fragile and so small Dependent on its parents will To do good and be strong I wanna dedicate this very simple song

Aww... I love this one... ---- My Destiny---- Katharine McPheeI have always dreamed of this I'll admit that there was something I missed I'm wondering if it is for real Every mistake, every wrong turn, everytime I lost my way Lead me to this moment of bliss tonight Chorus: With you, finally, I can break free With you, it's all changing in my destiny Dream come true It's so funny now that I see How different life turned out to beYou were always by my side That you believed in me was enough reason why I didn't stop, didn't give up, even if I've sometimes lost hope I did my best and I am blessed in life CHORUS Can I get any higher? Tell me, does it get any stronger? I owe it to you that I made it through I never could've done it without you CHORUS I've realized that it's my destiny

I would say a Song in Spanish called "Yo te esperaba" (I was waiting for you) from a Mexican Singer called Alejandra Guzman who wrote that song when she was pregnant expecting her babygirl.
Yo te esperaba by Alejandra Guzman (I was waiting for you)
Yo te esperaba (I was waiting for you) y veia mi cuerpo crecer (and was watching my body grow) mientras buscaba (while I was looking) el nombre que te di (for the name I gave to you) en el espejo (in the mirror) fui la luna llena y de perfil (I was a full moon and by the side) contigo dentro, jamas fui tan feliz (with you inside, I’ve never been happier)
Moria por sentir (I was dying to feel) tus piernecitas fragiles (your tiny legs) pateando la obscuridad (kicking in the darkness) de mi vientre maduro (of my mature belly)
Soñar no cuesta no (Doesn’t cost to dream, doesn’t) y con los ojos humedos (and with wet eyes) te veia tan alto es mas (I was looking you very high, even) en la cima del mundo (in the top of the world)
Yo te esperaba (I was waiting for you) imaginando a ciegas el color (blindly imaginaning the colour) de tu mirada y el timbre de tu voz (of your look and the sound of your voice)
Muerta de miedo (Dying of fear) le rogaba al cielo que te deje (I was begging Heaven to let you) llegar lejos, mucho mas que yo (go far, more than me)
Yo te esperaba (I was waiting for you) y pintaba sobre las paredes (and was painting over the walls) de tu cuarto cuentos en color (colourful fayrytales in your room) restaba sin parar, dias al calendario (I reduced without stopping the days from the calendar) solo tu me podrías curar (only you could heal me) el modo de escenario (the way of the scenario)
El mundo es como es (The world is as it is) y no puedo cambiartelo (I can’t change it for you) pero siempre te seguire (but I’ll always follow you) para darte una mano (To give you a hand)
Yo te esperaba (I was waiting for you) imaginando a ciegas el color (blindly imaginaning the colour) de tu mirada y el timbre de tu voz (of your look and the sound of your voice)
Hoy que te tengo (Now that I have you) pido al cielo que me deje verte llegar lejos (I ask Heaven to let you go far) mucho mas que yo (more than me)
Yo te esperaba (I was waiting for you) y el espejo nos miraba mientras (and the mirror was looking at us while) ya te amaba (I’ve already loved you)
I'm sorry about the translation but this song is like a musical poem and it scared the hell out of me to translate it but I did it and I really hope is accurate with the message the songwriter was trying to send.
IMO is the most beutiful song for a soon-to-be-born, specially when we are not expecting this (pregnancy) to happen... when I first listened this song I was expecting my 11 year old daughter and because she was very unexpected the song just touched me very deepely... that's why I thought you'd like to know it.

i thought this one would be nice for them since we won't get to see most of joe growing up ....
Now our little boy came up to his mom In the kitchen this evenin' while she was fixin' supper And he handed her a piece of paper he'd been writin' on And after wipin' her hands on her apron She read it, and this is what it said.
For mowin' the lawn, five dollars For makin' my own bed this week, one dollar And for goin' to the store, fifty cents An' playin' with little brother while you went shoppin', twenty-five cents.
Takin' out the trash, one dollar Gettin' a good report card, five dollars And for rakin' the yard, two dollars Total owed, fourteen seventy-five.
Well, as mom looked at him standin' there expectantly And I could see the mem'ries flashing through her mind And so she picked up the pen, and turnin' the paper over This is what she wrote.
For the nine months I carried you growin' inside me, no charge For the nights I've sat up with you Doctored you, and prayed for you, no charge For the time and the tears That you've cost through the years, there's no charge And when you add it all up The full cost of my love is no charge.
For the nights filled with dread And all the worries ahead, no charge For advice and the knowledge And the cost of your college, no charge For the toys, food and clothes and even for wipin' your nose There's no charge, son And when you add it all up The full cost of my love is, no charge.
Well, when he finished readin' He had great big old tears in his eyes And he looked up at her standing there and said Mama, I sure do love you Then he took the pen, And in great big letters He wrote PAID IN FULL.
