Courtesy of AEB: So far all Luka and Abby Moretti is back he wants to talk to Abby she says to leave her alone that her marriage is over (the sides say she looks fragile)
He goes then to talk to Luka, Luka seems wants to avoid him and keeps walking Moretti goes after him
Chunny says to a patient Joe is almost 2
Abby tells Moretti he has nothing to be sorry for that he just help her ruin her life a bit faster, and that statement sinks in.
Kovac is at the hospice and listens to a Rabbi pray or talk about forgiveness and redemption
Walter is going with his nephew I think hes leaving the hospital I'm not sure he says hes going fishing, he said hes sorry he never met Lukas family , he says next time and Luka says yes next time, LUka is teary eye and they exchange a look of farewell he tells LUka he has faith in him.
the rabbi is sort of giving ( I guess) the equivalent of last rites he just says the prayer no dialogue qith Luka seems heh will be on for a few seconds only to provide the prayer . Oh I forgot Luka is eavesdropping dort off he was walking by while the Rabbi was praying Look like it will be a good episode full of Luby and hopefully Joe too minus yetti of course!! but something tell me whether they get back together will be the cliff hanger? hopefully better then lasts years.

Yes, I think it is pretty obvious from the previous spoilers and the rabbi's speech that Luka will soon forgive Abby.
Not much for me to be upset about except the return of Moretti. I have zero interest in seeing him again. WTF is his problem? What could he possibly have to say to Abby and especially Luka? Its like he's begging for a beatdown.
So where's the big explosion that's supposed to be happening? I guess that hasn't been spoiled yet.

It doesn't really matter whether she did it or not...as far as she knows, she might as well have. That's the whole point. She was drunk enough to end up in another man's bedroom all naked.

Maybe Abby´s alchoolism is in her file, Moreti confess to Luka he knew it, but kept giving her drinks anyway at the bar .... then Luka hits him again and again. Hummm, maybe not the first part, but the second can be done. Luka beating Moreti is good TV.

Courtesy of AEB: So far all Luka and Abby He goes then to talk to Luka, Luka seems wants to avoid him and keeps walking Moretti goes after him THEN LUKA TURNS AROUND, PUNCHES HIM HARD AND SENDS HIM FLYING ACROSS THE AMBULANCE BAY! (There's nothing better than hot angry Luka.) Yes, I think it is pretty obvious from the previous spoilers and the rabbi's speech that Luka will soon forgive Abby. Agree. Pretty obvious that the speech will have an influence. do you think that moretti wants to tell abby that nothing actually happened and she just passed out, god i hope so! We saw them rolling on the bed, all naked and sweaty: they HAD sex. Unless he wants to tell her that he dropped something in her drink...maybe his hair? ...poisoned hair, of course.

Just for you, Rory...from me. No, really, from me.
Don't repost without credit.
-----
Fei Yen is in her sixties and has lupus. She comes in seizing. Her daughter, Christine, is with her. Christine is in her late twenties and very attractive. Morris, Abby, and Chuny are treating Fei Yen. Fei Yen is still seizing and Morris says if they can't stop it, they'll have to put in a breathing tube. Christine asks what he means, "If they can't stop it" and wonders if they should go to another hospital. She says she has the money. Brenner saunters in and says they're better than they seem (about Morris, Abby, and Chuny, apparently). He puts is hand on Christine's shoulder, and she pulls away. Fei Yen finally stops seizing. Morris orders tests, and Brenner asks if he thinks that isn't a bit excessive. Abby backs up Morris. Brenner asks Christine condescendingly if she really wants to put her mother through all that. Christine clearly doesn't like Brenner and tells Morris to do whatever he needs to.
Pratt and Sam are treating Masterson. Masterson says to just shoot him now, to which Pratt replies that he shouldn't test him. Pratt orders ativan for Masterson and some Haldol. Sam asks if the Haldol is for Masterson, and Pratt says no, it's for him.
Fei Yen is awake now. Abby is talking to her, and Fei Yen asks if she has children. Abby says she does, and Chuny chimes in that he's a little cutie and almost two. Fei Yen says she should have had more children so that she wouldn't be such a burden to Christine. Christine says she's not a burden. Fei Yen says Christine takes care of her all day and then works at a doctor's office at night. Morris is continuing to order tests and examine Fei Yen. He says that lupus patients are susceptible to PE. Abby gives him a look and says that CHF is much more likely and begins to suggest they do an echo. Morris tells her to get the CT and let him pull rank while he still can. Abby replies with "Yessir, boss." Morris notices that Christine's arm is hurting, and she says she tried to block her mother's fall.
Neela is presenting at an M & M conference (mortality and morbidity, not the candy). Anspaugh, Dubenko, and Crenshaw are present. Anspaugh is giving her a bit of a hard time about how she treated the patient and asks if she consulted her attending about her plan. Apparently Dubenko wasn't there to discuss anything but Neela doesn't want to out him. Dubenko tries to defend her and Anspaugh cuts him off.
Pratt has found out that his patient, Art Masterson, is really Arnie Markowitz. Frank tells him not to say it too aloud, because "they're everywhere."
Christine is in sutures. Morris is examining her arm. Christine is impressed by the portable ultrasound and asks how much it cost. Morris doesn't know. They chat a bit, and Christine discloses that she's really an escort. She says she was trying to finish college when her mom got sick and that her mother needed money, but also for Christine to take care of her. She says it's amazing what men will pay for the illusion of a submissive Asian concubine. Morris says she's smart and resourceful - can't she come up with another way to take care of her mother? Christine says it seemed like the only option at the time. Dawn comes in and says that Fei Yen is crashing.
There are two plainclothes Deputy Marshals outside the cath lab as Pratt walks in. One tries to stop him, but the other says it's okay, Cromley cleared him. Pratt goes in and tells Masterson/Markowitz that there are no tele beds and that they're taking him back to the ER. Masterson says that he can't go back, can't go forward. He messed up, did some stuff he'll get in trouble for. Pratt says he's starting to get that idea. Masterson says he was a lawyer, but not much of one.
Chaz and Pratt are talking. Chaz mentions that "he" is mellowing out in his old age. Pratt says he'll come over as soon as he gets out of work. Pratt is "genuinely moved and thrilled." He returns to Masterson/Markowitz. It appears that he is in witness protection. Cromley says they've never lost a protected witness who followed protocol and they don't intend to end that streak. Masterson says he's done with testifying. Cromley says fine, he'll leave, but is he sure he's ready for that? He's not in this alone, his family is in it with him. Pratt tells Masterson he did the right thing before, and to do it again. [This is more than likely where the title comes from, as it is a reference to a gangster movie.]
Fei Yen is not doing well. They've run out of options. Morris asks Christine if she wants to say goodbye. She tries and says she can't. Morris tells everyone to get out of the room. As Fei Yen flatlines, Morris puts his hand on Christine's shoulder and she sobs.
Luka is walking towards the hospice with a bag of takeout. He does a doubletake as he sees someone he knows - Moretti. Moretti greets him and Luka continues past him with a "threatening nod."
At the hospice, Walter is leaving with his nephew to go fishing, though it would appear he's leaving for good. He says he's sorry he never got to meet Luka's family. "Next time." They shake hands, and Luka says, "Yeah. Next time." As Walter, leaves, Luka calls after him. He's "on the cusp of thanking him." Walter tells Luka not to worry, he has faith in him. They share a look, a small gesture of farewell.
Pratt is looking at engagement rings - Dubin, a Hasidic Jew, has brought a portfolio of rings to show him. He tells Pratt there's a tribe discount. Frank says he told Dubin that Pratt was part Semite. Chuny and Dawn take notice. Pratt says he's just browsing.
As Christine is leaving, Morris rushes after her. He says he's so sorry. Christine says he must go through this sort of thing and he must know how to disconnect emotion from the situation. Morris says it's not always easy. He says he understands the choices she made for her mother, but that she should consider making a change. Christine says she'll take it under advisement.
----- I don't have the other sides (with Abby and Moretti), but that's what I gleaned from what I received.

From C&P Morris and Neela are very down on love. Neela has joined a local dating website and is embarrassed that Frank has found her page. At the hospice where Luka is working now, he passes by a room where a rabbi is saying Kaddish over a patient (the Jewish payer for the dead). Luka continues to Walter’s room and can’t rouse him at first and is upset, but Walter is okay.
Moretti is at County to tie up some loose ends. He is not returning to County--he is going to stay close to his son, who is now in a group home. He asks Pratt if they found a new chief. Pratt says soon enough, but it is unclear to me whether he has gotten the position or is still simply hoping for it because Moretti says he is glad the higher-ups recognize Pratt’s talent.
Moretti seeks out Abby. She tells him her marriage is over and would rather he left her alone. He just wants five minutes--he hopes it will help both of them. When they speak, Abby tells him that he shouldn’t feel sorry for what happened; he just helped her ruin her life a little faster. Moretti is upset for her.
Later, when Luka is returning to the hospice with some fast food, Moretti is waiting for him. We do not know anything more about that scene. Later still, as Walter’s nephew appears to be taking him away, Walter tells Luka he is sorry he didn’t meet Luka’s family. Luka is teary eyed and is about to thank him, when Walter tells him he has faith in him.
From Fan forum the sides say that Neela has been online dating for a month and the site she belongs to (frank finds it and is looking at it at work) says she's ranked number three with the most "winks" meaning people are interested in her based on her profile.
Neela says everyone lies online and you never know what you are signing up for.
Brenner points her to a seemingly drunk crazy patient and tells her there's a guy for her. She allready knows what she's getting with that one.

I don't like these spoilers at all, but anyway, I know that Zabel is too much in love with Luby to destroy them completely, so i'm just waiting the begin of season 15 to them happy FINALLY I just like to see one thing in this epi, it could be so great if Luka was punching Moretti in his head BAM and kicking is ass, like he did in season 8 with Brian... "You touch her again, I'll kill you" He was so HOT when he said that GO ANGRY LUKA !!

this epi sounds like it refering to the famous quote from The Untouchables "You wanna know how to get Capone? They pull a knife, you pull a gun. He sends one of yours to the hospital, you send one of his to the morgue. *That's* the *Chicago* way!"
So is this refurring to Luka and Morretti

No ..I think it is referring to Abby and Luka and the state of their communication. Abby hurt Luka..... now Luka's hurting Abby.

As I said on AEB, shortly before the same theory magically appeared on three other sites, the line does indeed come from "The Untouchables," which is a gangster movie. Given that Markowitz/Masterson is in witness protection, we can infer that the "big explosion" will involve him.
