Yeah i guess so....Does anyone know if Maura is still the lead female role??? And who the male lead rols is going to be....(I personally hope that it is Pratt, and not Gates....That would really piss me off if he was the lead after just one season... ) I believe the "lead" is actually unofficial, just a title that Maura and Goran picked up this year as the rest of the show sort of caved in on itself. If there were a male lead, it would likely be the longest-running main character, which would indeed be Pratt/Mekhi, followed by Morris (Scott Grimes) (as he has less storylines than Pratt), Ray (Shane West), and then Gates (Stamos). Of course, it looks as though they may push Tucci as the "lead" in lieu of Goran. I'm hoping for a big storyline for Dubenko, myself. Leland Orser is great, and Dubenko has always had some great lines, despite his little attempt to make Abby his "concubine". Maybe he'll finally get a romantic part. Or kill Gates. That would work for me, too. Yes I love Dubenko!!!! And Gates...KILL HIM!

I guess TPTB are attempting to draw young viewers with newer and less mature characters to compete with the other medical shows out there.
Umm...less mature than Gates...or Morris?? You'd l think they'd be going for more eye candy or something to compete with Grey's. Oh, I forgot....that was Stamos...who failed horrendously.

Maybe they should capitalize on attracting the lesbians. They've already got that one on track.

Dani The credits are done according to legnth of time on the show. I would guess that Goran's name will still be there for a bit, as he's still contracted for six episodes. Most likely, Maura will be first and they will have "and Stanley Tucci" at the end as the "featured" cast member like they had with Laura Innes and before her, Paul McCrane. Stamos will still appear last (before the featured, though) unless they add a new regular cast member.

That would be totally cool to have her as the 'main' mainliner. But I would have to disagree that the credits go in order of longetivity. That hasn't been true in other seasons. I have been watching as I am dvding past season on TNT

From what I understand, Goran will be listed on the main credits as part of the main cast for Season 14.
