I saw it this weekend, but it's my second time watching it, so nothing new. I did enjoy it a lot more this time though, and the theater room was a lot more packed.

I went to see it on Saturday with Hannah. I have to say the cinema had quiet a lot of people in it, some people from my school and stuff. Between wanting to dance with happiness when we first saw Maura and throwing popcorn at each other, nothing interesting. I really didn't enjoy the film, the whole basketball bit bored the hell out of me but the Maura bit was fantastic. I really am such a fan i could never hate what she does. I liked her in it. Will Ferrel is so annoying, film was rubbish, all in all, popcorn fights and Maura forever!

I saw it over the weekend and I thought it was hilarious. And I hate it that the reviews say that Maura's part was pointless, when it's all just about entertaining. It was just showing Woody's character better. It doesn't have to have a point. I mean does ice cream really have a point to it? No, its just good.

I hated that too, but also, I guess I see why they might have said that. People were expecting to see a full blown crazy comedy, but as it turned out, the movie actually had some heart to it because of the Maura/Woody bits. Personally, I wish it had more Maura/Kyle/Woody bits. Also, question : Was Kyle Lynn's brother or husband? I've been seeing a lot of talk about it on IMDB, and when I saw the movie the first time I was convinced he was her husband, but then after the second viewing I had some doubts. I'm still leaning towards it being her husband, but who knows. It'd be wayy to creepy if it were her brother.

It was never clarified which, but given that Woody's character proposed (though it was clearly only semi-serious), I'd say boyfriend. I don't recall seeing a ring.

Well yes I'm guessing he was something other than a brother. I doubt he would get turned on by seeing his sister doing that. Ewww.

No, because the whole "funny" part of that was that he was so obsessed with Woody's character as a professional basketball player, he thought it was great that he was with his girlfriend.

I downloaded Semi-Pro but as it wasnt DVDRip the quality sucked so I closed it down directly. I think I saw Maura I don't remember it was awhile ago. I hope a good quality torrent comes out soon so I can download and watch.

I went to see it with Rachel a couple of weeks ago. The film was just ok but Maura was good in it. I thought that the only thing that was really funny in it was the song.
